Amazing
DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!
RRichardDThe Fairmont Whistler is a very nice property and super central. However, we felt that it was generally over-priced and they pushed the limit the whole time there on the various non-room charges. C$50 resort fee. C$50 per night for parking. C$200 for buffet breakfast for 4. The cost of our stay easily doubled. On top of that, they seem to lack the capacity to service all of their guests. Breakfast lines were very long and we waited 45 minutes for our valet. On top of this, our rooms were not ready at 4pm per their guarantee and, once we received the keys, they didn't work. Lines at the front desk were super long as well. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler as well and will return there next time. The guest experience there is much better.
GGuest UserVery satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel is at a very convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a lodge with 5 persons. The room is very good which is spacious and clean. It’s our first time to go to Whistler in Summer and the hotel is good to be re-considered for our next stay.
FFaraad KhanThis hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for
just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!
LLaw JonathanOnly 4mins walk to whistler gondola. Excellent location within village and easy access to the ski slope. The heated pool is not very warm (not like onsen in Japan) but still nice to have it.
맨맨발러Stayed 3 nights in the studio that has nice mountains view.
It was cozy and comfort with well equipped kitchen.
Mattress may need to updated, otherwise tasty coffee at the lobby, easy in/out ski storage and storage room.
Public/ Hotel Parking underground also very convenient with payphone machines by hours.
It was so convenient free shuttle bus stop located just behind the Hotel every 5 minutes to the Village Bus Loop.
The staff was very informative and kind.
Special thanks to staff, Gihyun for many good tips.
GGuest UserGood Location. Just in the middle of the Village. You can access directly from the Hotel backdoor to access to shop an restaurant. Just 3 minutes walk to Excalibur Gondola. We stay for 1 night, 1st day we arrived the weather was perfect but on the second day rainy whole day. Overall is a good stay for us.
GGastonCortijoWhat a great place!! Ski in and out at the best! Hotel lacks luxury and sophistication but has a lot of charm and practicality. The fact that you can walk with your ski boots from you bedroom is a plus! Rooms have all the things you need to cook and have a great time. Excellent value for money. Pool is quite hot and the hot tubs are super warm. Gym is too basic and the fact there is no bar is a minus. Would come back for sure
GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
