"Clean, minimalistic hotel. Has everything you need to stay for a night. However, the hotel could work better to extend its check in and check out times a little longer."

"The receptionists, bellboy, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Location is centralized - just few steps from the Whistler village and gondola. Summit sport was right there - easy to rent and valet the skis/snowboards. The spa was amazing. Cameron is good at what he does. The hot tubs and heated pool were my kids highlight. We enjoyed it esp after a long day of skiing/boarding. Parking is safe - easy and convenient to load and offload. Would love to come back again!"

"The location of this hotel is second to none, it is in the heart of the village. The amenities like the kitchen made life so much easier and was nice and spacious, the bed was more on the uncomfortable side but having the ability to step outside the hotel and you’re already in the village was unreal!"

"The location is super convenient, right near the Whistler Visitor Centre. Prices at other hotels had skyrocketed during Christmas, but this one was reasonably priced. Overall, it has that typical North American decor style. The fireplace in the room with snow falling outside was a great touch."

"Beautiful room,full kitchen ,stove,oven,big refrigerator ,coffee maker,kettle,toaster,microwave oven,dish washer,big tub,large dinning room table,air condition was on and room cool,refrigerator was on and cool.Was our 3 year wedding anniversary they brought a basket of goodies for us.They have gated under ground parking so I did not have to worry about our corvette.lots of closets and storage spaces.beautiful pool and hot tub.great location .I can go on and on about how wonderful it is.We will be back would like to stay forever there ,and live in the place 🤣🥰"

"Lovely stay, I recommend the Fairmont gold room, the lounge and service were great! The hotel is big and has a lot of restaurant options. But keep also this in mind as the spa, and public areas are also quite busy with people and families. The confort of having the ski rental and ski valet in the hotel were amazing!"

"Located in the heart of the Whistler Village, this hotel offers a very convenient access to the nearby shops, restaurants and gondola options. Stunning views from the room and the balcony too. Overall a very nice experience."

"Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot."

"What a great place!! Ski in and out at the best! Hotel lacks luxury and sophistication but has a lot of charm and practicality. The fact that you can walk with your ski boots from you bedroom is a plus! Rooms have all the things you need to cook and have a great time. Excellent value for money. Pool is quite hot and the hot tubs are super warm. Gym is too basic and the fact there is no bar is a minus. Would come back for sure"

"There are two bedrooms and one living room. There is a sofa bed in the small room and the living room, which can be pulled out to make a bed. They are equipped with sheets, blankets and double pillows. So one room for three people is very comfortable. The living room has a full set of kitchen equipment, cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee powder, and tea bags. The most comfortable thing is that the fireplace is real, and it is heated by gas and air conditioning, which is particularly warm in winter. Comfortable. The hotel is not far from the main cable car station of the two mountains, 100 meters to more than 200 meters away. Just down the steps from the hotel is Whistler Town's main commercial pedestrian street, which is very convenient for dining, shopping, supermarkets and bars. Parking instructions: First park temporarily in front of the hotel, complete the check-in process, go around the disc and enter the underground garage (it is an underground public garage for several hotel parking and public parking), enter the garage and find P4 on the fourth underground floor (note that there is an electric pull-down sliding door , it will rise automatically when you open it in front of the door), park in the elevator shaft where you can find the name of the hotel, use your room card to enter the hotel and take the elevator to the floor."
