Amazing
DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!
GGuest UserMay is off-season. Some restaurants and the cable car station are not operating. The hotel is quiet around. There is a fresh supermarket within walking distance. Some distance from the main center is still suitable for self-driving.
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is second to none, it is in the heart of the village. The amenities like the kitchen made life so much easier and was nice and spacious, the bed was more on the uncomfortable side but having the ability to step outside the hotel and you’re already in the village was unreal!
PPranav PurushottamExcellent location near the Gondolas in Whistler Village. Food/Market everything within 5 minutes walking. The room was very clean with bath totally renovated & new.
If you have friends these vacation ski clubs are big and equipped to enjoy together.
LLibaofuhaichayigemengThe location is super convenient, just outside the main village of Whistler, and right next to the Whistler Golf Course driving range. It's within walking distance to the Whistler Gondola. There's a convention center, guest services, a supermarket, other hotels, and fast food nearby, so it's really handy.
We parked in the hotel's underground garage, which cost $27 a day. It was spacious and had Tesla fast chargers. The front desk had a paid coffee station with Nescafé capsule coffee for $2.50 a cup, and a vending machine, creating a nice little dining area that was quite comfortable. The lobby also had hanging basket swing chairs, which was a nice touch.
Front desk service was pretty good; they let us check in at 12:30 PM. The room looked clean and bright, simple yet elegant. It wasn't huge but had enough space for two people.
Whistler doesn't really have an off-season, so considering everything, this hotel offers excellent value for money.
GGuest UserWaited in line for over 35 minutes to check-in so we were already off to a bad start. There were two lines set up. One for elite members and one regular. Front desk just took whoever was in that line without checking and none of them were members. It was a chaotic check-in.
I requested a quiet room preferably away from the elevators and we were put in a room with only 1 room in between. I know requests cannot be guaranteed but there was so much noise in hallway, and we could hear everything word for word from room 801 next to us which ruined our sleeps for the 5 night stay. There was a door directly between our room and the next room (I guess it could be transitioned into bedroom suite). The hotel and elevators were extremely busy and there was also construction in multiple areas of the hotel.
Parking was inconvenient as the spots were tiny. The room itself was clean and location is good but overall an uncomfortable stay and negative experience throughout. At checkout, the lines were set up different again and no one knew where to line up.
GGuest UserSuper five-star praise! The room is very spacious, and the bathroom has floor heating! The kitchen and washing machine are all available. The large glass window in the living room allows you to see the snow outside! The balcony view is also very pleasing to the eye! I really like hot tube too! It is definitely suitable for families with elderly and children!
JJujuchoiThe room was very spacious, the sanitation was ideal and the overall feeling was comfortable. The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants and shops downstairs. The staff is friendly and reliable and will consider staying again.
GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
