"Taking my parents and kids to Changbai Mountain, choosing the right hotel was absolutely crucial! The family room at Ibis Changbai Mountain completely exceeded our expectations; we were comfortable and worry-free throughout our stay, and I really have to sing its praises. First off, the room is genuinely perfect for family travel! Two adults and two children fit comfortably with plenty of space for the kids to play freely. The decor is a light luxury, post-modern style, with an elegant and warm ambiance that's very relaxing. The 55-inch LCD TV and wall-to-wall Wi-Fi made it super convenient for the kids to watch cartoons and for the adults to research travel plans. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the private bathroom had 24-hour hot water with strong pressure and stable temperature. The toilet even had a heating function – so many thoughtful details! The location is definitely a huge plus! It's only a fifteen-minute walk to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, so no need to worry about taxis to the Changbai Mountain scenic area. Directly opposite is the Wetland Flower Sea Park; we could smell the flowers just by opening the window, and taking a leisurely stroll with the family in the evening was lovely. It's also not far from the Edelweiss Camp and Cloudtop Market, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Even more surprisingly, the hotel offers a free high-speed rail station transfer service; just book in advance, and someone will be there to meet you. This was a lifesaver with elderly parents and children, saving us from lugging luggage around. The transfer driver even thoughtfully shared travel tips, which was incredibly useful! The service was so warm it was touching! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, making check-in efficient. They also proactively recommended local delicacies and sightseeing routes. The breakfast was a Chinese and Western buffet with a rich variety, including local specialty beef soup rice that both the kids and parents enjoyed. The dining staff were also very kind. Any requests during our stay were promptly answered via WeChat, and at check-out, they even proactively asked if we needed water for the road. The entire experience was simply excellent. The value for money is absolutely fantastic – clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and with thoughtful service. It's perfect for both family trips and vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next visit to Changbai Mountain and have already recommended it to friends who are planning to go!"

"Facilities: The room was spacious and well-equipped. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted manually, but the room was very warm, so it wasn't an issue. Hygiene: It was kept very clean. Environment: The location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the Edelweiss Reindeer Park, 1 km from the Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, and there are many restaurants nearby. Service: Very good. The staff patiently answered all my questions about the local area. Breakfast was also good, with a rich variety, and the Northeastern frozen pears were quite tasty."

I usually don't pay much attention to hotels when I travel because I have a preconceived notion about them, but this time I couldn't book a hotel in Changbai Mountain, so I chose this one. "Fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the hotel's warm and welcoming service. The room decor was stylish, clean, and fresh, with absolutely no strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The location is also superb, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff were very polite, always greeting me warmly whenever I came or went. The front desk staff were incredibly responsive and handled everything efficiently and flawlessly. "Room facilities: Everything was well-appointed, and watching the snowflakes fall from the balcony was incredibly picturesque. Value for money: This Hilton hotel was the most worthwhile booking of my Changbaishan trip. The package included hot spring and skiing tickets, both of which were very practical and made the entire trip incredibly fulfilling. Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, more than enough for us women with smaller appetites. Bed: Very comfortable, just the right firmness. Restaurant: On the first day, we had Korean BBQ at the hotel. The dishes were exquisite; it didn't look like much, but two of us ate until we were stuffed. Location and transport: The location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the North Slope scenic area. Service: What deserves the most praise is the hotel's truly outstanding service. They meticulously arranged transportation for us to every attraction, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member was enthusiastic, helpful, and answered all our questions, making us feel like old friends. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests for a room upgrade and late check-out. Next time I come to Changbaishan, I must stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again."

"Great hotel. Didn't expect to get a good hotel at the promo price. The room is provided with smart gadget. Facilities is up to standard and the bed is so fluffy. Gotta good sleep when having a long journey. I checked in quite late at night and the front desk receptionist is very helpful. She even help me to carry my parcel to the hotel room floor. Extra point for human touch service. For hot spring, don't put expectation. It is just a indoor swimming pool concept. But it is free for hotel stayed guest."

This B&B is super close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center, within walking distance, making it convenient for both the scenic area and dining in town. The landlady is incredibly warm and enthusiastic; she planned our route in advance, recommended local delicacies, and even provided pick-up and drop-off services, making us feel like family. The room was clean and warm, with excellent underfloor heating, comfortable bedding, an odor-free bathroom, and plenty of hot water. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!"

"The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and patient. You can enjoy the hot springs; although there aren't many pools, soaking in them is very comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat – very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money."

"From booking to checking in and then checking out, which spanned about half a month, I was constantly in touch with Manager Shi at the front desk for various inquiries. Even when I couldn't get tickets for Changbai Mountain, I immediately contacted Manager Shi to see if there was a solution. They always responded and resolved issues right away. Every time we met, they greeted us with a warm smile – it was truly heartwarming! The hotel itself is definitely up to par. The room bedding was fantastic; I slept very comfortably, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. The trendy motorcycles parked outside were so much fun, it felt like we were kids again! The BBQ in the village was delicious and reasonably priced. On the second day, the hotel even provided free transport to the Changbai Mountain fast-pass lane, which was absolutely amazing. The breakfast tasted great and had a good variety. You could also order meals at the hotel throughout the day. For eating, drinking, and entertainment, this hotel has it all covered. My team members all said they didn't want to leave and definitely plan to come back!"

"優點：1/民宿對面有大超市（萬福源）買水果和生活用品非常方便。也有早餐店（米哥米嫂）包子大餅粥等各種中式早餐。2/民宿樓下走幾步就有葯店和麪包店（三毛烘焙）。周邊的飯店更是不計其數。3/住了幾天沒有一個蚊子，也許是因為民宿二樓有艾灸按摩店。4/大床是硬的彈簧床，不怕腰痠背痛。缺點：1/洗澡水温會有點忽冷忽熱，忽大忽小，但不會燙着。2/門隔音雖然差了點，但晚上雖然臨街也睡的不吵。另，門鎖能反鎖。3/住了幾天雖然沒有任何清潔，垃圾袋也沒有換，但相比進進出出可能帶進蚊蟲也挺好。4/房間沒電視，沒杯子，WiFi信號差點也沒關係，如果有個凳子，有個吹風機會更方便些。總之，作為在這個非常不好打車，也沒什麼公交車的長白山（路上外賣騎手也極少），民宿的位置和價格是最大的亮點，值得選擇。其他小問題都能克服。關鍵在這稻米節多數酒店民宿瘋漲房價的情況下，這家衹漲了一倍就值得點贊。。。考慮到長白山打車實在困難，我們在長白山最後一晚，訂了另一家能一大早送站的民宿（雅之家）。祝願拾光民宿能生意興隆！"
