"Absolutely loved JJ Coffeetel in Turpan. First and foremost, a huge kudos to the front staffers, especially Mustafa! He not only responded to our unusual requests but kindly showed us around the neighborhood. Along with other staffers, he also helped us get some items we’d been looking for from a local merchant. Our room had a nice view and the breakfast was a critical energy booster every morning. I guess there’d be a limit to this service depending on the season but they also helped us coordinate our one-day tour to Huoyanshan and the two old citadels. Thank you again for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We will be back!"

"Exceeded my expectations, thumbs up! 👍 It's been a while since I last stayed at an Ibis, and I was pleasantly surprised that this one not only maintained the brand's usual standards but also managed to improve upon them. 1️⃣ **Hotel Design:** From the lobby to the rooms, the design is cleverly thought out. There are some unique touches that cater to guest needs while maintaining a minimalist business style, and the color scheme is outstanding. 2️⃣ **Staff:** All the staff members are really nice. 3️⃣ **Location:** Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Turpan North Station. It's super convenient to arrange car pickups/drop-offs for tours to the scenic spots. There's a supermarket and restaurants downstairs. Visiting Turpan in the summer means early starts and late returns, so staying at a hotel like this to escape the midday heat is a fantastic idea."

"We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with Xiyou Night Market situated right downstairs. Parking is convenient. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a proactive room upgrade. The room was fully equipped, with ample hot water for showers, and even a mouse pad on the desk – a thoughtful touch! Welcome fruit was provided. They offer two washing machines and two dryers, conveniently located on the same floor as the breakfast area. The breakfast spread was lavish, offering a wide variety of options, and the service was impeccable. Overall, a truly excellent stay with absolutely no complaints!"

"The stay at the Liyi Hotel during my trip to Turpan far exceeded my expectations, becoming a delightful surprise. From the smallest details to the best service, everything was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is superb, making it extremely convenient for both road trips and sightseeing. A 10-minute walk will take you to the bustling Grape Corridor Night Market, where you can sample authentic baked buns and grape juice; an 8-minute drive will take you to the Grape Valley Scenic Area, and a 25-minute drive will take you directly to the Flaming Mountains, saving you the hassle of long journeys. The warmth of the service was also impressive. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, proactively introducing nearby restaurants and attractions during check-in. Upon learning we had children, she thoughtfully provided us with some snacks. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, with soft, odor-free bedding and a perfectly firm mattress. Even in the bustling city, the soundproofing was surprisingly good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a complete separation of wet and dry areas, and the wall-mounted hairdryer was conveniently located."

"The service at this hotel is absolutely excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable. They even offer complimentary porridge in the evenings, which is an incredibly thoughtful touch. One night, my child put clothes in the washing machine. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel staff had not only washed them but also taken them out, dried them, neatly folded them, put them in a bag, and clearly labeled it with our room number. This attention to detail saved us so much hassle and was truly reassuring. All in all, the service at this Atour hotel is genuinely outstanding. Since I was traveling with my parents, they also upgraded our room, which made us feel truly valued and respected, particularly as retired military officers. If we ever return to Turpan, we will definitely choose this hotel again. P.S. Parking is very convenient, and the on-site parking lot is very spacious!"

"Facilities: Very good, the facilities and equipment are quite new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly. Hygiene: Excellent. My friends and I, all girls, felt that the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Given the intense sun in Turpan, the room felt infused with sunshine. Environment: It's a very distinctive ancient city. Guests can also enjoy free sand therapy. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and explained the precautions for sand therapy. There's also free black tea and plum juice at the front desk, which you can fill up in your own bottle – very thoughtful! After sand therapy, you can't play in the water, otherwise I would have loved to swim in the small pool next to the sand therapy area. Service: Beyond words! The ladies at the front desk are truly beautiful and incredibly gentle. They also perform the evening show, though they mentioned it's not a nightly occurrence. We were really lucky! Five-star rating for sure. This is the best value-for-money B&B. Thumbs up!"

"A hotel booking that exceeded my expectations. I came to Turpan with my friends and finally chose the GreenTree Inn here. I usually rarely comment on hotels, but this time I want to comment on this hotel from four aspects: service, hygiene, facilities and environment. Regarding the service, I want to mention the girl with glasses at the front desk. The service was excellent. One word is good, two words are very good, three words are excellent, and four words are very good. It made me feel like a guest at home. Secondly, in terms of hygiene, the hotel’s details and hygiene are in place, and the bedding is changed very cleanly. I usually hate hair on the sheets in hotels, but after my careful observation, this hotel did not have any hair, which made me very satisfied. I am also very satisfied with the hotel’s facilities. The room has air conditioning, and the hot and cold water are relatively good. Secondly, the overall location is relatively convenient, and it is very convenient to do anything during the normal travel."

"I booked this hotel from Urumqi to Turpan simply because it offered a shuttle service, but I was surprised to find that the train pick-up was a Mercedes-Benz, a pleasant surprise. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel looks grand from the outside, the lobby is simple yet luxurious, the rooms are spacious, and the Xiaodu service is lovely. It's a great value hotel. Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Like it 👍🏻"
