"Beautiful resort hotel by the Nile River Bank. Excellent buffet breakfast which cater to a large variety of nationalities. There were French dishes, Japanese/ Asian food, English breakfast, Local Egyptian food. The free breakfast restaurant is situated right where you have an awesome view of the Nile River. There are 3 restaurants that opens until 10pm so we still had dinner after a day’s out exploring. Our rooms were clean and good wifi access. All that we needed were provided by the excellent staff. There were 10 of us so we had a total of 4 rooms and all our roooms had a nice view of the pool. There are spa and massage facilities. There are souvenirs shops inside the hotel area. It was truly a relaxing holiday."

It’s one of the best examples of Suzhou’s traditional garden design, combining nature and art in a harmonious way. If you’re in Suzhou, it’s definitely worth a visit."

"This hotel is so beautiful. I really don’t have anything negative to say. The food is wonderful 10 out of 10. Everyone here is so kind. I dropped my passport here, and I realize this once I got to the airport. The staff searched for it and gave it to my guide. I made my flight on time! I’m so thankful. "

"We had a small issue with the AC when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved. The hotel itself is beautifully located and has a charming atmosphere with historical touches in its decoration. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the manager in particular is a kind and genuine person – it was a pleasure speaking with him. The hotel also offers excellent services. I asked about a river boat ride with dinner, and they organized everything for us: comfortable coach pickup and a private boat with dinner. It was a truly romantic experience and very well arranged. We had also a great massage in the spa and a pedicure. Special thanks for Sabah, a very kind lady. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"Pavillon Winter Luxor is a beautiful hotel that serves as an extension to Sofitel's Winter Palace. The garden here is really beautiful and peaceful, giving guests some tranquility from the hustle of bustle of the streets of Luxor. Breakfast here is delicious and the pool was also well kept. I want to clearly note that all amenities are shared with the Winter Palace hotel, the only difference in your experience is the room you stay at (the historic palace at Sofitel or the pavilion rooms which are not a part of the original palace)."

"The guesthouse owner provided excellent service and was very helpful in resolving any issues. Even though I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt very safe and secure there. The rooftop offers panoramic views of the Valley of the Kings. I ate breakfast there every morning, which was quite good and filling (it included flatbread, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, hummus, fries, fried beans, and black tea). The location was convenient, and I could easily book a ride using InDrive. There was also a water dispenser in the reception area on the first floor. Overall, the place was quite clean for Egypt, and for the price, it was excellent value."

"Great stay, but missing a hairdryer I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus Hotel in Luxor. The location is convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything went smoothly and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The only small issue was that there was no hairdryer in the room, which was a bit unexpected. It would be great if this could be added or made easier to request. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel has a really nice location with a beautiful river view, which we truly enjoyed. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. However, we found that the staff was not very helpful when it came to cleaning up the tables during breakfast, and the room was a bit noisy due to outside traffic, which affected our sleep. At reception, the personnel provided good service and quality assistance. One issue we encountered was during the booking process through Trip.com: we reserved a double bed room expecting it to accommodate two people, but upon arrival, we were informed that the double bed room was only for one person. We had to pay an additional charge to stay as two guests, which was unexpected and could have been clarified earlier. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but clearer communication about room occupancy policies and soundproofing improvements would enhance the experience."
