"I loved my stay. The room was nice, it was just a shame that the edge of the bed had tears for aesthetic reasons. The staff is very welcoming and explains the services well. I had a treatment, a signature massage that the hotel offers. It was well done and the room was very calming. On arrival, you are offered a small free welcome bag. And if you don't want the room to be cleaned every day, they give you a little surprise in the morning on the door handle, which I really appreciated. I will recommend this hotel to those around me, because I am satisfied with it."

"The location is great, very central and the paid parking garage is very close by. Even though we had booked with parking, parking apparently was full. The hotel as such is pleasant but outdated and needs a refurbishing. The door between hotel room and aisle is not insulating at all so you can hear any conversation outside. Beds are not great but ok. What we did like was the ability to drop off our luggage at the storage room."

"I stayed for three nights. It's conveniently located right in front of the station. It's fine if you arrive late at night. The antique elevator is still in use, so be sure to try it out! The reception staff were all very friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I'll definitely use it again when I come to Strasbourg. The hotel entrance closes after 11pm, so make sure you check how to open it if you're staying late."
