Great
GGuest UserThe hotel's location, cleanliness, and wonderful breakfast made us feel every moment how good a choice we had made. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. I hope you also leave the hotel feeling peaceful and happy like we did 💯

Very Good
RRAQUEL PATTERSONThe hotel’s location was very helpful, especially because it is right in front of the train station. This made arriving at night much easier, especially when it was difficult to find someone who could speak English and guide us.
The hotel staff were very nice, especially Mary. The only challenge was the bathroom. The tub was small and slippery, and the half glass door did not fully prevent water from spilling out, so the floor became wet whenever we showered.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is convenient for walking to both the train station and the old town. The room was small but clean and comfortable overall. There's a supermarket nearby, and the hotel offers a decent breakfast. For the price, it's really good value for money. The breakfast staff were enthusiastic and friendly, making you feel energized to start your day.
GGuest UserThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.
AAnonymous Userthere is no service or making up of rooms daily for this apartment hotel. the trash will not be cleared daily.
it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap.
the room is well furnished with kitchen necessity and enabled us to microwave or boil/cook water during our stay.
GGuest UserVery comfortable hotel, the room is spacious and bright. The big sister at the front desk service is really friendly. The surrounding environment is also very quiet. Living here is very cost-effective and worth recommending
GGuest UserThe studio apartment is equipped with a small kitchen, which is quite sufficient for simple cooking. The location is strategic, about 1.5 km from Petite France, making it convenient to reach various tourist attractions.
That said, don’t expect a luxurious stay—this place is just okay but reasonably priced. Parking is available for €14 per night.
GGuest UserThe apartment was very nice.well furnished including the kitchen. It's located right by the border to Switzerland making it easy to visit Switzerland and Germany at anytime via Basel.
There are shops right in front of the Hotel so you can cook your own breakfast. They also have a swimming pool which was great to get some cardio in during the cold.
Only disappointment was that I left shoes in the apartment and the reception claimed they weren't brought so I was sad about this.
Otherwise Id highly recommend ☺️👍
DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.
AAnonymous UserI stayed in this hotel just one night, it's was near from Airport Basel. The right way is going to the Europcar shop and than go to out side, there is a upstairs, go to the parking 🅿️ and than the tunnel going to the Hotel, because the Google maps don't work very well and don't gave us this option to walk. This way will make your time better. Anyway the hotel was very nice and clear, for one night it's comfortable.
