"I loved my stay. The room was nice, it was just a shame that the edge of the bed had tears for aesthetic reasons. The staff is very welcoming and explains the services well. I had a treatment, a signature massage that the hotel offers. It was well done and the room was very calming. On arrival, you are offered a small free welcome bag. And if you don't want the room to be cleaned every day, they give you a little surprise in the morning on the door handle, which I really appreciated.
I will recommend this hotel to those around me, because I am satisfied with it."

"In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay.
Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended.
Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean.
Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility.
Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming.
P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this very fine hotel. A good choice on the door. Free parking and the reception lady was super nice at arrival. The room was deliciously quiet and featured, among other things, pleasant bedroom, solid mattresses, dark curtains. The breakfast was also good. A wide choice in continental and English breakfast. The bus stops before the door and thus you will be in the centre of Strasbourg in 10 minutes. We have no parking costs and find a safe place. Strasbourg is a great beautiful city with a wide selection of shops and restaurants."

"The hotel is located in a small town near Strasbourg, about a half-hour drive from the city center. Because it was during the Thanksgiving Christmas market, the hotel price doubled. However, at the usual price, I think the hotel's environment and service would be acceptable. My room had a full set of kitchenware, so I could cook my own meals, making it a good choice for family trips. There are also old historical buildings and museums nearby, which are worth visiting if you have time."

HHaPpY JeAnThe staff provided excellent service. There was no air conditioning in the room, but the staff kindly brought up a fan for me. The room was quite spacious, beautiful, and charming, though the amenities were a bit limited. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it was acceptable. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the shower had strong water pressure.

李李李圓園The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel.
It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs.
Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.

JJuzideouzhoujiWe booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price.

GGuest UserThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away.The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small.The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

GGuest UserThis was a convenient and affordable hotel for us to stay at when we visited over Christmas. We would compare it to a university dorm experience but at least it is close to the train station (10 minute walk) and not too far away from the old town area (10-20 minute walk to most major attractions). The hotel breakfast is great if you like croissants and dairy products. There isn't much around the hotel and it is a bit of a walk to any stores or restaurants. There is a halal shop within a 5 minute walk so if you're here over Christmas that is convenient because most places are closed early Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
The room had a decent bed that was larger than expected and it had two small pillows. The room also has a long desk area that has two closets for storage, a small TV and it was warm in December. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, small microwave, a two burner hot plate, a kettle and enough dishes for the two of us. We appreciated that they provided a kitchen sponge and a small container of soap. When we got the room all the dishes were a little dirty so we had to do some cleaning up before dinner.
The bathroom was where we got the biggest dorm vibes from because it was a bit smelly when we arrived and that might be due to the hot water tank that had a leaky PSV. The shower was a bit small and while the head was adjustable, the bar grip was broken so we couldn't keep the shower head up high. There was some brown goo inside the shower and it could use a more thorough cleaning to help with the appearance and all.
We were surprised that the hotel rooms didn't have a hair dryer or bottle opener. The Alsace region is known for wine so we were able to get a nice bottle but we had to go to the front desk to borrow the opener. Hair dryers are available from the front desk but it is worth asking for these early to make sure you get one in case you need it. They had luggage storage behind the front desk that we were able to use when we arrived and the day we left so we could maximize our time sightseeing.
Visiting Strasbourg was fantastic and we would recommend this hotel if you're looking to save a bit while travelling through the area. We were happy with our stay and chose it because it also had an affordable breakfast option but we may look elsewhere if we return to Strasbourg.

DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.
