Kyriad Prestige Mulhouse - Basel
"Perfect, I will return there on my next trips"
Hôtel & Spa RÉGENT Petite France by Stay Collection
"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to most attractions. For Chinese people, Strasbourg represents 'The Last Class' (a famous short story). However, parking at the hotel was very inconvenient; I had to park in an external lot, which is a big downside."
7Hotel&Spa
"Except in the spa, there were too many children and you couldn't really relax because they kept jumping into the pool."
Hotel des Vosges, BW Premier Collection
"Very beautiful hotel and value for money"
B&B Hotel Sélestat Centre-Alsace
"Good stay"
Hôtel LÉONOR the Place to Live
"Quick check in, Nice entrance, good location. Pillow, bedding are comfy! Room in good size. Quiet and modern design where I can have good rest especially I was feeling unwell! However. More improvement on staff training! 1) The hotel could inform us earlier to let us know the city centre is blocked for the Xmas market. 2) Instead of just passing me the city map, the Reception could have share more information about the city, and Christmas market info. 3) Housekeeping took more than an hour to send over amenities. Finally sent over after follow up call. 4) Housekeeping knocked my door at 10:30am despite I have my DO NOT DISTURB sign hang on my door. After I opened, the lady asked when am I leaving, ask their manager asked her to check on me. I was puzzled as I understand the check out time af 12noon, and I was right! I found this extremely ridiculous to knock the guest door with the sign hanging, for the sake of knowing when they can clean the room!!?? 5) Arrived on a Sunday, walked into the restaurant. No one serving or trying to ask for your need. After my approach, they only provide snacks/light eats. A la carte not available. Disappointing! 6) There was a person waiting near the hotel entrance at night time, yell at you for asking for money, and being rude if you don’t support. Overall, the hotel itself is nice! Need better management!"
Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Mutzig Portes d'Alsace
"We were passing through and stayed here for one night. It was a great hotel for this, but also perfect for a few days exploring the area with your own car. We had a studio, a spacious room with a kitchenette, a table, and two chairs. The beds were comfortable, and everything was hygienic. Showers in the bath, something to keep in mind. Breakfast was excellent and replenished promptly. There are a few restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available in front of the door or next to the building."
Hôtel Diana Restaurant & Spa by HappyCulture
"The room is clean and hygienic"
Kyriad Strasbourg Sud - Lingolsheim
"Private free parking is good. WiFi signal weak"

Maison Rouge Strasbourg Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection
"Everything is prefect!!!"
L'Esquisse Hotel & Spa Colmar - MGallery
"Right in the heart of Colmar, the bedroom balcony faces the central park. The breakfast is richer than in foreign hotels, with many dishes such as waffles, fried vegetables, eggs, etc., which can be ordered on the spot. It is also very close to the main attractions. There is also a Michelin two-star restaurant on the first floor. If you have friends going there, I highly recommend it!"
Pavillon Regent Petite France by Stay Collection
"The hotel is in a great location"
Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île
"Very old hotel, damaged decoration, need to renew"
A la Cour d'Alsace by HappyCulture
Hotel Restaurant Argos, Strasbourg Nord
"Very well not to say, perfect stay I recommend this hotel"
La Clairière Bio & Spahotel
"We came here for 3 nights as a weekend get-away and we really loved it. The hotel has everything we need and it was very calm and relaxing there. I was happy to see it was really clean and our room was big enough, well furnished and seemed to be quite new. Service was helpful and friendly and breakfast was really nice as well. Would go back there any time!"
Domaine des Trois Sorciers
"Mylene and Nicolas are very welcome, always careful of our well being. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and the room is very comfortable and comfortable. Top location in the Royal Palace and Strasbourg."
Best Western Plus Au Cheval Blanc Mulhouse Nord
"All good"
voco STRASBOURG CENTRE - THE GARDEN by IHG
"We watched the World Cup games in the lounge and played foosball. I loved that they have a carbonated water dispenser. We loved the proximity to the train station, mall, local transit, and city centre. I recommend staying here."
Hôtel du Parc, Restaurant, Spa & Wellness
"3 nights. We were accommodated in the old part on the 3rd floor, large, very clean room, Alsatian style, comfortable bathroom with bathtub, comfortable bedding. No possibility of massages (no staff), mediocre breakfast, superb restaurant but not great dinner meal."
Novotel Suites Colmar Centre
"Excellent experience. 5 mins walk to RicerVenise"
Hotel Restaurant Dontenville
"Very pleasant"
Hôtel Mercure Strasbourg Centre Petite France
"Super convenient location, close to Strasbourg station and the city centre. Was here over Christmas and it’s just outside the main area which meant our suitcases didn’t need to undergo security check. Room was tiny but clean and staff was friendly. One downside was that there is only 1 lift and during peak hours it was quite slow."
Ibis Strasbourg Centre Historique
"Nice budget hotel for solo travellers. Good continental breakfast with some Alsatian specialities (Munster cheese, nice Kougelhopf, pretzels). However, I have to pay city tax at the check out process, even though a (different) reception staff told me that the tax was already paid in the beginning (at the check in)."
Hilton Strasbourg
"Two encounters marked my displeasure. 1. We can only check in the rooms after 3pm, though we think that rooms may already be ready. About half an hour after we were rested in the room, two attending technicians came knocking on. My door and admitted themselves before I could open for them. They seem to be attending to a previous complaint but not evident when we checked in. My grouse is that if the room’s complaints have not been attended to, why release it for the next guests? 2. When we checked in, we weee told that our car park charges will be discounted 50% upon our exi. But upon checking out, we were informed this was not the case for whatever reasons. After some arguments and notification that we were also Hilton Honors members, the reception staff relented. Why create an unpleasant situation when the expectation was given on checking in? I cannot understand."
