Quick check in, Nice entrance, good location. Pillow, bedding are comfy! Room in good size. Quiet and modern design where I can have good rest especially I was feeling unwell!
However. More improvement on staff training!
1) The hotel could inform us earlier to let us know the city centre is blocked for the Xmas market.
2) Instead of just passing me the city map, the Reception could have share more information about the city, and Christmas market info.
3) Housekeeping took more than an hour to send over amenities. Finally sent over after follow up call.
4) Housekeeping knocked my door at 10:30am despite I have my DO NOT DISTURB sign hang on my door. After I opened, the lady asked when am I leaving, ask their manager asked her to check on me. I was puzzled as I understand the check out time af 12noon, and I was right! I found this extremely ridiculous to knock the guest door with the sign hanging, for the sake of knowing when they can clean the room!!??
5) Arrived on a Sunday, walked into the restaurant. No one serving or trying to ask for your need. After my approach, they only provide snacks/light eats. A la carte not available. Disappointing!
6) There was a person waiting near the hotel entrance at night time, yell at you for asking for money, and being rude if you don’t support.
Overall, the hotel itself is nice! Need better management!

The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel.
It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs.
Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.

Paphon HirunyachokeIf you are looking for a tranquil escape where you can unwind in peace, you may want to look elsewhere. While the Hôtel & Spa RÉGENT Petite France boasts a stunning aesthetic and an unbeatable location in the heart of the historic district, the actual experience is far from serene.
The building itself is immaculate—the cleanliness and amenities are top-tier, and you can’t fault the ”Instagrammable” views. However, the atmosphere is surprisingly high-energy and restless. It feels more like a bustling crossroads than a quiet sanctuary.
The Service Gap
The most jarring part of the stay is the service. For a hotel that presents itself as a luxury spa destination, the staff interaction is disappointingly cold and inefficient.
• Lack of Hospitality: Don't expect a warm welcome or proactive assistance. The service feels transactional at best and dismissive at worst.
Verdict
If you just need a clean, beautiful room in a prime spot and don't mind navigating a service-less, high-traffic environment, this works. But if your goal is to be pampered in a quiet, stress-free bubble, the service hurdles here will likely leave you frustrated.

Guest UserEverything was excellent! Great location, right in the heart of everything, yet quiet. The staff were very, very friendly, and many spoke Spanish. The bed and pillow were fantastic, and the bathroom was very comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Guest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the OKKO Hotel Strasbourg and would definitely recommend it.
The rooms are a bit on the small side, but perfectly adequate for a couple. A big plus is the free filtered, cold water available in the hallway at all times.
Our dog was also warmly welcomed and allowed to stay free of charge – which we especially appreciated. The parking lot is right next to the hotel and was recommended by the hotel. It cost €15 per day, which was absolutely fine for the location.
We particularly loved the hotel's common room. It was always very clean and cozy. You could play games, play billiards, and always help yourself to free coffee, tea, water, and small snacks – all included in the stay.
The location is also very good. There's a shopping center nearby, and directly below the hotel, you'll find several shops, bars, and even a Starbucks. The surrounding area was very clean and pleasant.
Overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very good.
All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the OKKO Hotel Strasbourg anytime. A great hotel with many complimentary extras and an excellent overall concept.

Chang-Pin, TohI had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience.
The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

What a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

Guest User[”The thread count of the bedding is definitely high enough; lying down, it feels like being enveloped by clouds, giving me the most peaceful sleep I've ever had.”,”The shower pressure is so strong it feels like a spa treatment, washing away all the dust and fatigue. The amenities have a subtle, sophisticated cedar scent.”,”The soundproofing in the room is excellent. Even though it's a bustling city outside, closing the window instantly transports you to another quiet world.”,”The public areas are incredibly well-designed. Every photo you take looks like it belongs in a magazine, and the use of light and shadow makes the entire hotel feel like an art museum.”]

It's very stylish and has excellent access to the center of Colmar's old town. The hostel has an elevator so you can carry large luggage with ease, and the reception staff are very kind, but the best thing about it is that you can stay in such a stylish hostel for this price.

Guest UserRegarding hygiene, I brought my own shower head and the filter turned black very quickly. The breakfast was generally decent and quite varied. The location is a bit isolated, with only the B tram line available. Getting to the city center wasn't clear on Google Maps at first. Overall, it's alright, but I'm sure there are other hotels with similar value for money.
