"The swimming pool was nice. The service was good. Dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids was around £50 (two courses) and the food was nice as well.
If you are IHG member, you can check out at 12 noon."

"Where to begin with this one?
Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing).
Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture.
Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER.
Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

"We arrived quite late and booked the most expensive room type, which looked nothing like the photos. The funny thing was that the shower gel in the bathroom was empty, and the tissue box was also empty."

"Room services communication needs to be addressed. It was difficult to communicate with Reception as the phone kept ringing. Tv and fridge not working in one of the rooms. Unfortunately, this was not communicated .Staff very friendly, and facility looked perfectly clean.I can go back for another romantic vacation with my wife if I get the chance."

"Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn.
It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel."
