The location was lovely. The bedroom was clean and the he'd very comfortable. We had food in the restaurant which was nice too. They also had a good selection of beer on tap.

Dan was absolutely amazing and easy to get hold of during my stay, I had a problem with my room and he kindly upgraded me really quickly, the staff onsite was brilliant and overall I had a great time.

Lovely room in an excellent location. Seemed better appointed than the Holiday Inn nearby

Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn. It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Wi-Fi only really available in bar and dining area, not in guest room. As usual I was given a room next to a noisy person, must be my face. Apart from that very good…breakfast good as well with friendly staff.
