"The bathroom smells bad, the water is sometimes small, but the hot water works well. The room lighting is not good, so the room feels scary. The room facilities are quite complete there are toiletries and coffee makers, but we got our bed sheet with holes and the power outlets are not much/hidden. Inside the room is quite clean but the facilities outside the room are not maintained well, the swimming pool water is green so think about swimming again. For a pretty good location close to many centers because2, suitable for the last day before going to the airport."

"We really loved staying here! The staff is super friendly and so helpful. They really made us feel at home. The pool is super big and the beach is right behind the pool, which is super convenient! The breakfast was amazing and there is so much to choose from! The best we had during our entire trip! The location is okay. We rented motorbikes (which is possible to do at the reception, which is amazing!) and it was easy to transport ourselves. You can also take a Grab to different restaurants and shops, which was really easy. The only con was that we had a mini cockroach in the room, which I think is unevitable in Indonesia (we had a ground floor room). Also there was a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom sometimes. It did not bother us during our stay though. Overall we really enjoyed it! Thank you for the great experience! ✨"

"Its located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is 5*, and it lives up to it. The room is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning sunset view! It's clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, and everything is delicious! There are several shops near the hotel, but you need to drive a little further to get to the lively area. The beach is nice and clean, with very soft sand, but it's not private—people might come up to you and offer to buy something. I had a wonderful three days here. Thank you!!!"

"Hello, I would like to know if you have the email address of your boss? I really want to praise your hotel. I stayed at the Oberoi Hotel in Lombok for 350 US dollars and at the Lombok Island Cottage Suite Hotel Private Villa for 450 US dollars, but your hotel's Garden Villa at 888 RMB is really a great value for money. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly to Chinese people. Whether it's the front desk or the restaurant waiters, everyone can speak Chinese and greet you with ”How are you?” There is even a Chinese staff member at the front desk, who is really very kind. Both the room and the view are really great. I really want to say that the price is really a great deal. I never imagined that for a few hundred RMB, I could have such wonderful memories here."

"I had high expectations for my stay at Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok, given its potential and picturesque setting. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying, marking a clear departure from the resort's former glory days. The first thing that struck me was the overall lack of maintenance. It's evident that the property has seen better days, with clear signs of wear and tear. The grounds, which could have been immaculate, were poorly kept, diminishing the natural beauty of the location. A major letdown was the swimming pool. Despite the tropical allure, the pool was in a dire state - the water was murky, and it felt uninviting. Even after I pointed this out, and the staff seemingly cleaned it, the improvement was minimal. The water remained cloudy, making it less appealing for a refreshing dip. The room itself was just okay. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief, but this was overshadowed by the state of the bathroom. It was disappointingly dirty, with massive stains and a shower glass covered in limescale. It seemed as if it had only been rinsed with water, without any proper cleaning agents. Adding to the discomfort was the sight of several out-of-use rooms. Through their windows, one could see disarray - bare mattresses, safes left haphazardly on them. It was a sad sight and spoke volumes about the current state of the resort. Overall, Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok falls short of its potential. It's a shame to see a place with so much promise deteriorate like this. The management needs to take immediate action to restore and maintain the property to its former standards. Until then, I find it hard to recommend this resort for a pleasant stay."

"An older, well-maintained hotel! We didn't understand it at first, but later we liked it! Well-kept green grounds, excellent pool. The beach is littered by locals and never cleaned. Due to its remoteness, transportation is necessary. Would you come back? I'm not sure."
