the best hotel we ever been in Asia. so nice and kind and staff, still smiling and very helpful from receptionist, cleaners, garderners. everyone was very nice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. hotel is very clean and they care about it whole day. rooms are big and nice. it was amazing stay for us. thank you.

I stayed in one of the cozier rooms, and it was just right—comfortable, clean, and even had a safe for valuables. One of the best things? The location! 🚶♂️ You’re close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and if you’re feeling adventurous, scooter rentals are nearby so you can explore more of Lombok. 🏝️🏍️ The hotel’s restaurant has a laid-back vibe and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner—perfect if you just want to relax with good food without heading out. And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat. The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. If you want a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Senggigi, this one’s worth checking out! ✅

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Well this Resort is labelled as one of the best on Lombok and I can honestly say that it very much deserves it. - Clean +++ - Location/Views +++ (view from infinity pool and your villa are amazing, one of the best ive seen so far) - Food ++ is great no doubt, especially their coffee selection where they try some new flavors - Breakfast a la carte +++ (big selection, good quality) - Price +++ (for this kind of quality and luxury we payed ~160€ for 1 night, it was well worth the money!) - Super friendly staff ++ - 10/10

Very affordable hotel, good location, in the heart of Senggigi, good service, clean and hygienic. We stayed in expensive rooms and cheap rooms, both were worth the money. The best value for money! The only thing worth noting is that since there are many Muslims in Indonesia, there will be a broadcast of prayer every morning, which is very disturbing to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, you may be woken up. But this problem will be more or less in almost all hotels in Lombok.

Our several night stay was delightful.. We really appreciated everything about this resort. The location was desirable for us in Sengigi and is also set back from the busy road providing a quiet atmosphere. The service level was brilliant with every interaction with staff professional and positive. Special shoutout to Chef Jiandi who kindly assisted to navigate through the extensive menu. Food quality and ambiance is exceptional matched with a perfect service level, despite prices punching a tad higher than similar Lombok properties. Room is gorgeously appointed, spacious, quiet, impeccably clean and both of our rooms had excellent views towards the beach. The bedtime stories and cookies are a thoughtful touch and treat. Pool and surrounds are beautiful and ample lounges provide a nice level of comfort. Beach bar is wonderful for sunset drinks and beyond with those gorgeous Lombok sunsets ever so memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The value for money is perfect. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are cozy. The furniture is a bit worn, but that's a minor detail compared to the superb service. The staff is generous with water, providing it as needed; we took 10 bottles. They're also generous with towels. And the breakfasts! Absolutely amazing, delicious, beautifully presented, and accompanied by live piano music. The hotel is beachfront. The beach isn't perfect, but it's fine for swimming. There's also a port nearby where you can catch a boat to the Gili Islands. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you'll find a currency exchange and a laundry service. We ate at the hotel, and all the food was delicious. The hotel offers lovely perks: complimentary cocktails and a bonus photoshoot with one free printed photo. We loved all the photos and ended up buying the whole set. The hotel also hosts various events: on Saturdays, there's a seafood BBQ dinner with live music for 350,000 rupiah. During the day, there are workshops like kite flying, towel animal folding, Indonesian language lessons, and couple's massage classes. The hotel spa is also wonderful. We also used the hotel's tennis court, which is free for guests until 6 PM, and they provide rackets, water, towels, and four balls. The hotel has a large swimming pool with a slide and a volleyball net. In the evenings, there's a beautiful musical procession with traditional fire lighting. Sheraton Senggigi has truly stolen our hearts. We can't wait to return!

The only thing everyone agrees on about this hotel in the reviews is the view, and it truly is breathtaking. The ocean view is absolutely stunning. Room: It depends on your personal preference, but this room met all my expectations for an ocean-view room. You can see the sea right outside your door, and even from your bed. The decor isn't old-fashioned for Lombok standards. If you're bothered by people walking past your room, then definitely avoid the ground floor. Breakfast: The hotel is more of a boutique style, so the breakfast can't compare to a large international five-star chain. However, it's very rich and thoughtfully prepared, with daily rotating options, freshly ground coffee, made-to-order eggs, and excellent bread and fruit. Service: Service in Southeast Asia tends to be a bit slower overall, but you really can't say the hotel's service is bad. You often see thoughtful gestures, and it's much more pleasant than what you'd experience in China. The hotel dinner was also quite good. For me personally, this is a perfect hotel, offering excellent value for money.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are absolutely perfect. Our room, about 70 square meters, featured a modern bathroom with distinct wet and dry zones and a well-appointed bathtub. The impressive, super-sized swimming pool was a highlight. We loved feeling the sea breeze, sipping coffee while gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves, and simply unwinding as we watched the sunrise and sunset. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and tidy; everything was spotless. Environment: Perfect. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with their aromatic American coffee being particularly noteworthy. Service: Upon arrival with four suitcases, the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with all our luggage without expecting a tip. Their service was warm, attentive, and always delivered with genuine, welcoming smiles.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
