Amazing
XxcratIts located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly.
WWolfislandMy Stay at Taman Unique Hotel – A Cozy Escape in Senggigi
If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Senggigi, Taman Unique Hotel is a solid choice! 🏨✨ The hotel is spacious, offering rooms of different sizes, so whether you’re a solo traveler or with friends, there’s something that fits. I stayed in one of the cozier rooms, and it was just right—comfortable, clean, and even had a safe for valuables.
One of the best things? The location! 🚶♂️ You’re close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and if you’re feeling adventurous, scooter rentals are nearby so you can explore more of Lombok. 🏝️🏍️
The hotel’s restaurant has a laid-back vibe and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner—perfect if you just want to relax with good food without heading out. And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat.
The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. If you want a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Senggigi, this one’s worth checking out! ✅
Gglobe trotter_I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice!
Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva.
Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice!
Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom!
Will definitely come back again!
GGuest UserExcellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary buggy service to the beach.
The room view was spectacular, overlooking the sea horizon. Our second trip to Kalandara, definitely no regrets at all.
Airport transfers were prompt and friendly, shout out to Emmy and Ahyar. Also to Wulan who acknowledged that we were a returning guests and Wulan Mei and Wina who greeted and served the breakfast with a smile. Will definitely coming back again.
MMay IeThe resort is about an hour’s drive from the airport and located away from town, making it a perfect choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachfront escape. The service is outstanding, the property is stunning, and we especially loved the massage at the resort.
While the resort has many appealing features, the overall cleanliness could use some improvement. In particular, the bathroom had a noticeable odor, especially around the toilet area, which made the space feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. With better attention to housekeeping and more thorough cleaning in these areas, the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.
In addition, it seemed like the shampoo and body wash provided were actually the same product, as they felt very similar in texture and scent. If you prefer a specific shampoo or want your hair to feel softer and fresher after washing, it’s a good idea to bring your own. Having your personal hair care products on hand can make a noticeable difference, especially after spending time in the sun and saltwater.
AAnonymous UserAlthough the hotel dates back to the 90s, it's very well-maintained. The rooms aren't huge or luxurious, but they're comfortable to stay in. The staff are definitely a highlight; every single one of them is excellent. They greet guests with a smile and a friendly 'hello,' and always go out of their way to meet any requests. This is my second stay here. As a Marriott Gold member, I received afternoon tea, a room upgrade, and in-room snacks. I booked a package that included dinner for two, and the portions were generous. Each person could choose three dishes from the menu. The main courses we ordered, the fish and the burger, were both excellent, and the salads and desserts were good too. The breakfast buffet has a lovely ambiance, and there's someone playing the piano around 9 AM.
XXiangqulangjitianyadexiaonvhaiFacilities: The hotel's facilities are absolutely perfect. Our room, about 70 square meters, featured a modern bathroom with distinct wet and dry zones and a well-appointed bathtub. The impressive, super-sized swimming pool was a highlight. We loved feeling the sea breeze, sipping coffee while gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves, and simply unwinding as we watched the sunrise and sunset.
Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and tidy; everything was spotless.
Environment: Perfect.
Breakfast: The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with their aromatic American coffee being particularly noteworthy.
Service: Upon arrival with four suitcases, the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with all our luggage without expecting a tip. Their service was warm, attentive, and always delivered with genuine, welcoming smiles.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg)
This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying.
However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.
CCelalSvarga Resort Lombok is a beautiful and serene escape in a fantastic location. Surrounded by lush landscapes and breathtaking views, it offers an ideal spot to relax and take in the natural beauty of Lombok. The resort is conveniently situated, providing easy access to nearby beaches and attractions.

Their warmth and attentiveness make the stay even more enjoyable. For anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, Svarga Resort Lombok is an excellent choice!
GGuest UserMixed feelings
The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
