The lady at the front desk and the restaurant staff were incredibly polite (though there was an older gentleman at the front desk who seemed a bit cold, always on the phone). The hotel's location is superb and very convenient. We had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. This really left a great impression of the country on us. Highly recommended!"

"Chose this hotel because it is close to the bus stop where we took a bus out of Matera. Hence we had to walk about 20 minutes to reach Matera square. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We had all meals there and managed to cover all viewpoints planned."

"Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads."

We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

TTTTTTTeddyXXXXXX酒店距離馬泰拉古城很近，步行就可以到，周邊就可以停車。早餐會給餐券去古城裡吃。酒店算民宿，所以需要提前一天自助入住獲取密碼，由於平台把我的郵箱給錯了，導致民宿小姐姐給我一直髮消息都沒有收到。最後我們到了民宿門口才知道要自助辦理，小姐姐大概15min左右後趕到，還一直解釋和道歉，服務態度挺好的。房間也比較衞生乾淨，推薦
