"Very clean! Which was one of our main wants but it is also up to date & has nice furniture, mattress, tv & ect. Instead of little sample shampoo, conditioner, & body wash they have nice pumps of dove installed in the showers. The house keepers our very kind and will be a helping hand with anything they can. The front desk employees are just the best! They will help you, try to meet needs if anyway is possible & always a pleasure to pass by. Our kids loved the indoor pool, & comfy bed with a big flat screen. I will only use the hotel in Baltimore!"

"Check in/Check out process was easy and smooth. My only gripe is that an alarm clock started ringing in the vacant room next to mine at around 6:30am 😩 I called the front desk and was told there was no one their to come turn it off. Finally, someone did about 15 minutes later. "

"Nice, simple and clean. Hot breakfast available! TV works properly - though the remote buttons are tough to press. Comfy bed, easy temperature adjustment, clean bathroom. The desk chair looked like it was chewed to bits, though. Their elevators are also a bit janky, but they have signs- just follow those instructions and it will be fine.
Close to many places and good restaurants !

GGuest UserThe hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

NNerdieThis trip I meet a different clark at the desk and he was AMAZING!! He definitely went above and beyond for me. It was super cold when I check in so my door key wasn’t working. I didn’t realize that cold air affected the doors lock system. 🫣 #HumorError but the guy literally came to my room to show me how to use it 🤣🤣 it was soooo embarrassing 🤣 but I got in safely and slept like a baby.

TTaraI checked into a room the sink had no hit water I was told by the receptionist that they don’t have maintenance on the week end I had to wait until Monday I was due to check out the next day.
