Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)
GGuest UserI went on a business trip to the vicinity of Khakisville, and the location is good, it's only 30-40 minutes by car to Baltimore City, and the surroundings are quiet, so it's good.
SSampa GlobeI had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
GGuest UserHotel wouldn't honor the breakfast that was paid for during booking, even though it was clearly on the receipt. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working, stayed on 80 degrees the whole time.
GGuest UserIt’s always good at this Hilton Garden Inn except this last time there was someone on the same floor that let their door slam like 100 times that’s not the hotel’s fault but it was annoying
GGuest UserThe bed was very comfortable and relieved. Other facilities are very convenient and practical, breakfast can be eaten very full. The room has no strange smell and the environment is more elegant and quiet. Very close to the mall store
SSouderYou get what you pay for, not a bad choice just for one overnight stay but I wouldn’t want to stay here for too long. The room does smell a bit musty and the bathroom ceiling/wall appears to have water damage. Overall met my minimal expectations for the low price I paid.
DDarryl V. Lowery IIGreat experience after being told to leave the comfort inn for not rebooking the room in a timely manner being threatened by staff and having no internet I was pleased that there was hotel that was near that was more suitable than advertised amenities were actually as advertised and the staff was warm and receptive definitely a must return
GGuest UserThe room did not have an adequate number of wash cloths and bath towels. Plus I noticed there were what looked to be cigarette burns on the comforter for it to have been a non-smoking room.
