"Usually ok but this last time they did not have a single bed, which is what I had reserved because they had had a leak in the hotel or a flood so they gave me a double queen bedroom that the AC and the heat did not work the girl at the front desk in the morning was not very accommodating."

"The hotel is great but I did not enjoy having to go up to the parking garage. We say a huge RAT run in front of us and that was awful. I wish there would be a flat fee for parking on your visit and it could be valet for that price instead of us having to go up to the gross parking garage."
