"Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was perfect for a restful getaway. The staff’s professionalism and care were evident throughout our stay."
"Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees"
"Breakfast is a general light meal. It can only be said that it is normal. But it is also OK. At least it is stronger than hungry. If you don't want to, you can't eat at the hotel. You can drive out for breakfast. It's not too far. It's about ten minutes. Another free parking."
Welcome to La Quinta by Wyndham Savannah Airport - Pooler conveniently located four miles from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport SAV and a short drive from Savannah. Visit the Historic District for museums and landmark buildings or stroll through the open-air City Market. The Savannah Convention Center is also nearby as are major companies such as JCB Caterpillar and Gulfstream. Whether you are here for business or leisure our pet-friendly hotel provides all the amenities you need for a relaxing visit.
"Ok, the house breakfast basically meets the standards of Huanpeng America, the surrounding area is also safe and convenient, and it is not close to the high speed. It is that there is often no one at the front desk, and there is a parking fee of $5. We have two rooms and one car directly deducted two cars after checking out in the deposit. Anyway, the US East self-driving can't ask for perfection."
"This area is up and coming and I felt pretty safe in the area as a whole. This hotel chain apparently is a new company and I really think they were great. Everyone had excellent personalities were very helpful and very friendly. I wish I took pictures. I will definitely be staying there on the way back next time."
"Room was booked through third party as two attempts to book with registration desk were unsuccessful (left voicemail on hotel phone, but my call was not returned). Upon arrival $70 destination amenity fee was charged (due to third party booking). $50 fee was charged for early checkin. $30 daily fee for second vehicle though parking lot was always less than half full.
Housekeeping staff (Britannia) was wonderful. Room was quiet and spacious. Nice location. Short walk to the beach."
"The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system.
Thank you!"
"It is a new hotel, so the facilities are complete, more comfortable, not far from the city center, the price is not expensive, very good."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is really nice, though a bit hard to find. Beautiful interior decorating, including our room: the Clark Gable. The best thing about the hotel is the location: easy walking distance to The Vault, Foxy Foxy, other eateries. Not far from the park. The main drawback for the Clark Gable room was the problem of air conditioning. The room has a room air conditioner which exhausts through a window. At night it is loud though the hotel owners thoughtfully provided ear plugs. But the problem is that even if you turn the AC down to 72%, it could not cool the room on a not very warm September night. Both my wife and I woke up early sweating because the room was too hot and muggy. Other guests say the temperature was great in the main building, so if we return we will get a room there.
GGuest UserWe booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?
GGuest UserThe location is very good. Although it is an old hotel, the service and quality are still good. Recommended, cost-effective in the local high!
GGuest Userthe room was spotless. The beds very comfortable. Everything about the experience was perfect, and so close to the airport, which is the reason we stayed in a hotel. Another great thing is that there is a great great Chinese food take out within minute.
GGuest UserI had to ring the front desk bell four times before someone came. Waited for about eight minutes. This was at about 4pm. The room was clean enough. Unidentified drips and splatters here and there on the walls. Even though we booked for two nights we were given only one set of towels and one roll of toilet paper. I had to ask for more. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper, had no paper towels, and full garbage. The next day, the garbage had no been changed. Still no paper towels and now no toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk and ask if I could refill it. They let me. Seemed like only one person was working at any given time and multiple times I went to the front desk and there was a sign up that they were helping someone else. Lots of papers left out at the front desk with hotel booking information with no one around to keep it private. Overall I got a good deal and one person held it down enough to be average. I wouldn’t go back if I had to pay more to stay there.
Ooy-cThe room is large, the package is OK, the breakfast is so-so, the first day is OK, the next day the variety is not complete, the waiter can not replenish in time, the squat can eat two eggs, grassy things
GGuest UserWhen I went there was St Patrick's Day holiday, the annual tourist season, the hotel was about 300 yuan more expensive than usual. The hotel is not equipped with breakfast and slippers, and you can find food nearby. It costs $67 (about 490 RMB) to take a taxi from the airport here.
