"I love this hotel, stay here all the time! Such a good location, all the staff are the sweetest! Sooo caring. Once i even forgot the key from my bank safety deposit box and they kept it for me! I love everyone there, the gym is so beautiful and modern and open 24 hours The rooms are so gorgeous and extremely clean, i love the lights especially, so soothing It's walking distance from Walmart and other couple great stores, only 7 min walk. The restaurants around are so tasty! Even that mexican food truck, the food is so good"

"This is our favorite destination near Charleston! The property is well maintained. It has everything we need from pools, hot tub, fire pits and a gym. There is a fantastic restaurant on site called The Fish House. The Reel in bar is a fun place to grab a cocktail. What makes this place so special is the wonderful guest service. Thank you to the manager Ryan and Sophie for our beautiful room with a view. It was a perfect stay!"

"A solid option with easy access to the bridge and downtown. We fpund it to be very clean. The beds seem quite new and are comfortable. Considering that is a motel and not a hotel, we felt like we got a good value stay for a quiet and relaxing night, compared to the alternatives downtown and nearby."

"The rooms are large and well equipped with swimming pool and hot spring. Free coffee is provided in the lobby in the morning and free hot cocoa in the afternoon. It's right next to the aircraft carrier in Yorktown. It takes 2 minutes to walk and the hotel also has a car to pick you up. We just went to the aircraft carrier, but we did n’t expect the hotel was next to the aircraft carrier."

On the second level, a large bedroom features 2 queen beds, ensuite full bath, and remote work station with Wi-Fi. The front porch invites you to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea as you sit at the bistro table greeted by the native birds and the beauty of the garden flowers. It is also a perfect place for an evening of stargazing with your favorite glass of wine!

Sea Breeze at Sullivan’s Point is a four story townhouse (built in 2019) with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms/one half bath in a quaint little Charleston style neighborhood between historic Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island. Our townhouse is conveniently located next to Old Village and about five minutes from Shem Creek, ten minutes from downtown Charleston and twenty minutes from Charleston International Airport and one mile from the beach at Sullivans Island..
Decorated in a gorgeous coastal decor with designer finishes, our home is ideally suited for up to eight people. As you come up from the two-car garage, you enter into the main floor, an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings. Here you will find the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room area with an HDTV television and small front deck with marsh views to the east. A fully stocked kitchen, with small appliances including a KitchenAid blender, Breville toaster, etc. An Amazon Alexa is also available for music.
Up the next set of stairs, you will find the master suite with 10’ ceilings with an extra-large shower (two showerheads), soaking tub and two sinks. The master suite has a king size bed, luxury linens and towels and its own private deck and marsh views overlooking Sullivan’s island. This floor also includes laundry room.
Up one more set of stairs, you will find two more bedrooms with plush queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. The same luxury linens and towels also provided. The front larger bedroom also has twin extra-long bunks ideal for teenagers wanting to be in the same room.

Dogs are a part of our lives and we want them to be a part of yours at our home. Please call for approval.
The two-car garage is very easy to pull in and out, for easy parking, packing and unpacking. Parking is also available on the outside of the garage to the far left for small compact cars, but be aware that the driveway is an easement for two other homes and it cannot be blocked.
Included with each guest stay are paper products including toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, iron and ironing board.
