"It's truly a blessing to stay in a satisfactory hotel on a business trip abroad. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding, quilt, and pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent and the hotel is quiet. The service is very friendly. Breakfast is plentiful, and Aying, a friendly waiter, delivers it to your door on time. Parking is convenient and well-equipped. I was out running errands that afternoon and didn't know how to get a taxi, so the front desk ladies, Xiao He and Yu Ying, helped me get one. The fact that the front desk staff in Vietnam speak Chinese is truly convenient and a blessing."

"Just stayed at this new hotel and honestly, I was really impressed. The room I got had a balcony and it was super spacious – way bigger than I expected! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Breakfast was good too – decent variety and everything tasted fresh. Plus, the location is perfect – close to pretty much everything you’d want to see or do. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something comfy and convenient."

"Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff."

"Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was quite quick. The lobby was decorated in warm colors with soft lighting and simple, elegant furnishings, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you entered. Notably, there was a small lounge area next to the lobby offering complimentary tea and newspapers, a great place to wait for friends or relax for a while. I stayed in a deluxe double room. The room was spacious, well-lit, and the large window offered a view of a corner of the city at night. The bed was of medium firmness, and the pillows were just the right height; I slept soundly through the night without any stiff neck. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area."

The service is attentive, patient, and helpful in answering any questions. Free taxi service is also available. Airport transfers are only 350,000 VND. Convenient for travel. The breakfast is plentiful, and the Vietnamese pho is delicious. I will stay here again in the future; highly recommended. Very good value for money."
