The location and view of the room are very beautiful! The hotel has a lake view balcony which is very comfortable, the breakfast terrace is also great, the room facilities are clean and tidy, but the cost of an extra bed for a child is very expensive, 77 euros, which is equivalent to half of the room rate for one night. The service is pretty good.

Zimmer sehr warm, ein geräuschvoller Ventilator brachte nix. Sehr laut, Küchengeglapper und Radiobeschallung vor 06.00 Uhr. Penetranter Essensgeruch im Zimmer. Hatten um Zimmer in oberer Etage nach vorne gebeten. Haben kommentarlos 1. Etage zum Hinterhof erhalten. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Was man vorab sagen muss: Es IST ein 3 Sterne Hotel und kein Luxushotel, deswegen sind kleinere Mängel oder persönliches Luxusempfinden (z.B. ältere Fliesenbäder mit hier und da etwas älterem Putz oder ein Ruheraum, der ein bisschen liebevoller hätte dekoriert sein können) völlig in Ordnung! Das wichtigste war: Das Essen im Hotel war TOP (VIEL besser als in diesen scheußlichen Tourifallen an der Promenade), das Hotel- und Restaurantteam sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Zimmer picobello sauber und die Lage wirklich fantastisch!
