Side Crown Serenity All Inclusive

Gundogdu Coast Colakli|0.44km from Aspendos Passage
We started the trip with a long wait, well over 1h-1h30m for what was meant to be the express transfer we’d paid extra for; the company (DT transfers) clearly hadn’t organised the transfers prior, as then four un-named mini buses arrived with little organisation as to who went in what one, out of around 30 people. When we eventually arrived at the hotel, it felt very secluded and away from life but the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were disappointed to note we had to pay extra for wifi - this was not noted on the advert and no asterisk* to show it was extra. The room was clean and well equipped and the bed was very large, although only a single duvet for such a large bed between us. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there was a big selection but only labels on selected things, so we had no idea what was what for the rest so were a little reluctant to try. We had a Turkish bath and massage and that was wonderful; real time and effort went into this and although more expensive than others away from the hotel, you didn’t feel conned for the price. The staff are quite pushy to attempt to try and make you book more for the rest of the trip. There’s plenty of sun beds and the pools are large. We favoured the pool with the canopy and bar where we loved the iced coffees but be aware, these are alcoholic and not your standard iced coffees! The surrounding area is in noway picturesque. You can see mountains in the distance but nothing photo worthy and the town (a short walking distance over the road) was just discount fakes stores and holiday items; no nice restaurants (from what we found). The beach shuttle came every 10 minutes and we used this daily to get lunch at the beach bar, as there were fresh breads and kebabs every day and seemed a much better option for us for lunches (this is included as part of the hotel). The beach itself was crowded with rows and rows of sunbeds for both this and surrounding hotels and, again, not the most picturesque but pleasant enough. We opted for a boat trip for the river, green canyon and side old town harbour. We did not get to see green canyon and no mention of it either; however we were not left disappointed as Side old town was beautiful and made up for anything else. We wished we stayed in the old town rather than where we did as this was much more of the Turkey we were expecting. The ruins are visible under the glass flooring, views were stunning and such a quaint little town. We actually came back here on the Wednesday because it was so lovely. We were extremely disappointed to find out that there were not as many ala cartes as noted on the online advert and furthermore, you had to pay extra! Again, no mention and no asterisk to show. One of the main reasons we booked this one was based on the food options but overall this was the most disappointing part of our holiday. We did however get given the option to have a private lift back to the old town (and we did Wedn

Side Crown Sunshine Ultra All Inclusive

Gundogdu Coast Colakli|0.55km from Aspendos Passage
We traveled and stayed at the Crown Sunshine for 7 nights, the overall experience was okay but would say there is definitely a lot of room for improvement. Here is our honest review. The Room: Bed was comfortable however we did have to go to reception after noticing a suspected blood stain on the sheet which they did quickly change and apologised for. The bathroom wasn’t great as after around 7pm the shower had no hot water and the drain was loose. The floor was dirty to the point we had to clean our feet before getting into bed. The balconies are poorly positioned in my opinion as you are all looking out to one another which also creates an echo effect even when talking quietly. Hair dryer did have problems where it would overheat and stop working so would recommend to bring your own. Food: Food was good, but did seem to be very similar mid way through the week with not very much choice of something new. The times given for dinner was up until 8:45pm as stated on the sheet we arrived at round 7.30pm to find that a lot of the choices were already being taking way for tidying up. Staff: Staff at reception on arrival were very nice and friendly, helped us up to our room with the bags and showed us where everything is. Didn’t get their names but two younger guys which were great. The entertainment team was very pushy and rude. I have been to Side before a few years ago and stayed in the sister hotel serenity across the road an found that team there were far more friendly and excepting if people didn’t want to take part. On this occasion the team were very pushy, one of the staff coming over asking if I wanted to join in I said no thanks then got almost shouted at “WHY”. On another occasion by the same staff member I was called “Lazy” in not a very joking manner. The bar inside was stated to be 24 hour. On one night we were sitting with a few other couples and having a conversation. The bartender who looked miserable looked like we were annoying him by just coming to ask for drinks. After around 1.30am the lights in the reception / bar started to get turned off in what made it seem like an effort to get us away to our rooms. After going to get a few more drinks we went up to our room which about 30 minutes later blacked out from. When we woke the next day we felt terrible and can I just add that we did have a full stomach as well as not enough to make us that drunk. We are not sure if there was an issue with the alcohol maybe gone off or what happened but the only person to touch our drinks were the bartender and myself. Pool: Pool was nice and clean. The bar was nice and pool food was okay what you would expect from a pool bar. Ice cream and waffles were very nice. Slides were good fun do wish they were open longer. The spa guys that came round were a bit annoying as they would just interrupt any conversation to try and find a bit of redness on you to offer their anti burning treatment which I have seen similar reviews with the same e

Oyster Boutique Hotel

We lived in Oyster for 18 days. Family with a 4-year-old child. And it was the type that we needed to give. Calm as on the dacha :) the hotel is very small. The room has everything you need. More walking 10 minutes (we and the child) through the most beautiful flower venue. Beach is sandy, great entering water. Ledges, overhead. There is a rental car nearby, good and with pleasant prices. There are no restaurants nearby (Titanic is terrible, don't go), but it is not a problem, as you can eat at the hotel - the cook cooks quite delicious. From the stores nearby - sec, everything you need there can be bought. Migros minutes 10-15 on the car. We were taken there by the host sometime. The host of the Mustafa hotel is a real gift! Very friendly, hospitality and soulful. It will do everything for your comfortable stay and your calmness. Therefore, all the time we did not leave the feeling of care and warmth.

Sural Garden Hotel

A tireless walk is required to get to the beach. The beach is perfect, sandy, sea-free entrance. The lying ladies haven't used, but they are enough. In the room are good beds, medium tough mattresses, comfortable, lingerie clean, pillows low, one per person and their time to replace. It is bad that there are no curtains, only tulle, in the rooms with the view to the pool very bright at night, the refrigerator is noisy (disabled), something periodically noises in the tubes, in general the quality of sleep is so for itself, especially if you take into account that to 24.00 music. On food here already gave advice to eat what you prepared. Excellent advice, used. Wash fruit - again thank you for the advice, actual (see photo)! In general, food is estimated at 4, eating always finds that, quite acceptable assortment, especially for the October price 🙂 Coffee, tea, ice cream and alcohol unexpectedly good 🤠 Officials in general polite, nothing bad can't say, As well as good, however. In general for such money is quite acceptable option. If you have come to the sea - your option, for the service ... well, it is unlikely.
Crystal Palace Luxury Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

At the peak of the pandemic in mid-October 2020, this hotel showed its best performance in terms of preventive measures and handling of premises and grounds. All employees strictly wear masks and gloves, and a large amount of disinfectant will not help. All tableware is packed in a separate bag with wet and dry napkins, salt, pepper and toothpicks. Separate sugar and tea/coffee sticks. The quality of the buffet is very high (food/food), the only thing only the hotel staff can put on the plate, all the dishes on offer are placed behind the glass. The only thing that melts is the spa, which is very tired and there is no indoor pool. Overall, this hotel deserves one star.
Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side

So, we arrived in the early hours and were checked in swiftly. The room was smaller than we expected but was OK as we had the pool view. There isn't much to do around the hotel apart from the beach which was also OK, however; the beach bar was not operating due to the weather. The weather wasn't great so we spent most of our time in the hotel lobby or restaurant but, the temperature in the hotel was so cold as rhe air conditioning was constantly on - there was no need for it! The staff at the spa were awesome, especially Jad. He was welcoming and recommended the best massages. He went over and above during our stay by assisting me with the help of the doctor as I had hurt myself. He always made time for us and made sure we were looked after and comfortable. Jad checked in on me several times a day when I was on my own to make sure I was OK. He really is a huge credit to this hotel! Thank You so much Jad!! The food was OK although I would have preferred more variety. Apparently, the time of year played a part in the food choices as there wasn't a lot of people staying at the hotel. A major issue we experienced was the excruciatingly loudness from the evening entertainment in the lobby!! Our rooms were upstairs from the lobby so there was no sound barrier. The music and entertainment went on until the early hours and there was way we could sleep. It was unbearable!! Be mindful if you like your sleep and have children as this would hinder your holiday massively!! Overall, our stay was ok and if I was to return, it would mainly be due to Jad as he was the highlight!!
Vonresort Golden Beach & Aqua - Kids Concept-Ultra All Inclusive
4.1/542 Reviews
Hello. I would like to leave few lines about accommodation in Turkey, Side, Von Resort Golden Beach hotel. Accommodation: The hotel made out of several one-storey houses. It is basically a large garden with many houses, very nicely arranged. The green space is very well maintained, it is a pleasure to walk through the complex in the multitude of flowers. There are several swimming pools, all very large in size: a relaxation pool, an entertainment pool, 2 small children's pools with shallow depth and covered by some awnings and the aquapark area, with slides for children and for adults, next to the large pool. All can be used for free. Pool towels can be changed daily. In the hotel, most tourists were families with children. The complex is not recently built, but it is very clean. The cleaning lady changed the sheets and towels daily. The room is nice, with enough space. I didn’t feel like in a hotel, but more like in your holiday home. The air conditioning and electricity in the room go without being conditioned by the card (you can leave the room). There is also a terrace, with table and chairs and support for wet clothes. Air conditioning included in the room price. There are several semi-shaded kids parks in the complex, with sand or grass and a kids club area where there are activities during the day, and in the evening baby disco with entertainers. In the same complex there are 2 more hotels belonging to same resort: Vonresort Golden Coast and Vonresort Elite. Tourists have access to the aquapark. The staff doesn’t know much English. In general, tourists are Russian and German. The stroller can be rented at 3E / day. Outside the complex, 10 'away is a bazaar with Turkish stuff, if you need souvenirs. It is also a mini bazaar inside resort. Meals: Ultra all inclusive - varied breakfast, lunch and dinner, with lots of vegetables, salads, fruits besides. The food is not very different from day to day, but every day there are many things to choose from. For families with small children under 1, I would say that the food is not suitable, as I have not seen unsalted or baby food. Also, for our taste, the food was generally a bit salty. I'm not a big fan of sweets, baklavas were very good, the cakes instead seemed a bit artificial. The drink is ok, machine juices (too sweet) or bottled juices, bottled wine, draft beer. There are also a la carte restaurants in the complex, where food and drink are charged separately. You could dine indoors or on the terrace. There was also food at the aquapark area outside of lunch hours. There are many bars in the complex open during the day. There is also an ice cream cone station. Beach: to get to the beach you have to cross the complex, about 10 '. The beach is full of fine sand and so is inside sea. It's very wide. The entrance to the water is smooth. It is very suitable for children. The water was warm, at the beginning of June it was 25 degrees. The hotel has sunbeds and umbrellas included. There are many,
