Das war jetzt mein drittes Mal im Ascot Hotel.
Dem Hotel selbst würde es gut tun wenn mal jemand durch die Räume geht und schaut was gerichtet werden könnte.
Im Zimmer 407 z.B. der Wasserhahn im Bad.
Das Personal war wieder sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber.

Habe für 4 Nächte dieses Hotel gebucht. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Personal war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.
Leider ging unsere Heizung im Bad nicht, haben dafür als Entschädigung 2x Frühstück umsonst bekommen und durften jeden Tag kostenlos die Kaffeemaschine mitbenutzen. Fanden wir mega lieb! Das frühstück ist ausreichend lecker und vielseitig. Guten Kaffee haben sie auch noch.
Die Lage war Top. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Cafes, Restaurants und auch Shopping Streets. Neben uns direkt ein Rewe. Würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen in Köln. :)

Inrichting erg gedateerd, om de paar minuten hoor je gebonk, dat schijnt volgens mij het pompsysteem van de toiletten te doen. Vloerbedekking in de kamer, dat veroorzaakte voor mij wat allergische symptomen.

It was a horrible experience. The picture what I booked and what I have been offered was completely different. The room for about 172€ (tourist tax) should not be that outdated and if you book a non-smoking room then the room should not smell that level. I could not sleep entire night. Smell was just terrible. I didnt pay to get horrible Cologne holiday. I hope ******* will take serious actions. I believe ******* cares for its customers.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig
großes Zimmer, Balkon mit Blick in den Hinterhof, könnte aber im Sommer trotzdem gut sein,ruhig und ausreichende Ausstattung, teilweise noch etwas veraltet, z.b. Fleck auf dem Teppichboden, insgesamt aber gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis
