Please don't book this hotel unless you read this comment.
I booked this hotel to celebrate the new year's Eve.
At the check reception, I found more than 20 staff. None of them are doing their roles properly.
I requested a lotus Tower 🪷 view room, and they haven't bothered my request.
The room key card was not activated when I opened the room.
The reception staff doesn't even explain anything about the hotel, reception dialing number, room functions, breakfast time,floor, nothing at all.
Even they don't know how to welcome a guest to the hospital.
The room was terrible!
They mentioned it's a 5 🌟 star hotel. They provide the toothbrush 🪥 if you request only.
In the room, there are more than 8 plug points. But only one can use it.
Others are just for the display.
The hotel manager and the management accept your complaints.but they never ever bothered about customers feeling and customer service.
When I scan the room key card, 🔑 the plastic cover drops itself.
I made a few phone calls to the reception.
Even they never get trained how to communicate over the phone.
Sorry!! Sorry!! What??? Sorry!!
This the only way they talk.
At the restaurant reception, staff
She even don't know how to check the customers' room numbers or names.
She even don't know how to read the in-house guest.
She rushed to get in the restaurant,even though she didn't have a basic knowledge to open and hold the door.
At the restaurant too much staff doing nothing. Walking around the restaurant. They never bothered about the guest.
Their behavior was terrible.
The food was good. Nothing can be recommended in this hotel.
Please don't waste your valuable time and the money to this No Star Hotel.
There won't be anything that will be enjoyed during your stay.
Think ten times before you book this hotel. Thank you!
