Las recepcionistas un 10. El lugar, la atención, el hospedaje excelentes. Todo super limpio, los desayunos muy ricos y completos, hay de todo. Podes llevarte la llave la posada para entrar y salir después de las 10pm. También podes pedir comida y usar el comedor del ligar

Tomar la habitacion de tres pegada a la calle fue lo peor, Las ventanas no cerraban bien y entraba luz, los limpiadores temprano con sus equipos de ruido no dejaban dormir mas los arboles en su movimiento de otoño. Baño incomodo chico y lavamanos pequeño. Tv no funcionaba, Piso de madera y suena mucho. Le sujerimos esa habitacion sea de recibidor del Hotel muy bonito y la atencion es muy buena por las muchachas y desayuno bueno para un dia no esalgo abundante pero se puede comer. Un lugar que pueden dar mas calidad con poco al ser muy lindo y amable, pero por ahora no volveria a el con este costo.

Hermosa experiencia
El lugar es increíble, el personal súper amable, la pileta iluminada y cuidada.
El jardín y la pileta en la noche sin dudas es lo que mas nos gustó. Lo disfrutamos mucho en las noches con una cervezas.
Agradezco por su amabilidad, lo cuidado que mantienen todo y la gran atención que nos dieron.

Reserve una habitación 2 dias antes para regalo a mis padres . Mi madre despertó con fiebre y dolor de cuerpo el dia anterior al viaje, hablé con booking inmediatamente quien se comunicó con Posada el Capullo para cancelar, ya que podía tener según el Dr Dengue o Covid. No me ofrecieron reintegrar el dinero por lo cual podria haber hecho un desastre mi madre en el Hotel contagiando, ni dejaron abierto el voucher para otro dia. Me cobraron los 300 doláres como si se hubieran hospedado mis padres, mi hermana y novio llamaron enseguida para ir y usar la reserva y ya estaba vendida la habitación. Me pareció de una falta de ética por no decir estafa su proceder. Dada la situación que presento, solo puedo decir que NI BOOKING, NI POSADA EL CAPULLO cuida a los pasajeros. Envío por escrito la conversación con Posada el Capullo donde dice lo que explico...

Loved our stay in this property. The staff is very welcoming and the place is super cozy and relaxed. We travel with our kids (8 and 3yrs) and everything went smooth.. there are multiple toys and board games and the breakfast was EXCELLENT. Thanks !
