This place is trash. The beds are really old, the pillows are horrible and might as well be obsolete. The TVs are smaller than your iPad and they do not work. Poor service. Your Marriott status means nothing here as they don’t even offer a bottle of water.

Room was hot. Pillows were lumpy and beds old and uncomfortable. Housekeeping never came to make up room. No complimentary food for breakfast. Had to pay for water with breakfast $4 + tax. Would not give us a cup for water. Hotel staff was polite, but overall this hotel was not what you would expect for a Marriott.

Checked in a few minutes early and that was nice. Room was ready and nice to move around in. 10.00 charge for parking, pretty unreasonable. Just why? Went to take a shower the next morning and NO HOT WATER. Tried to call down to front desk since I was in a towel. NO PHONE SERVICE, There was a number to hotel on the phone so I called the phone number from my cell phone and got a FAST BUSY SIGNAL. Still no hot water. Finally got dressed and went to lobby partially wet. Timed it on my phone. Stood at front desk for FIVE MINUTES before I was acknowledged. Just enough time to become highly agitated. Phone service has been out since Sunday/Monday high winds? (and you didn't mention this) Said hot water went out at 10 am this morning. Said they were working on it and it should be up by noon. still no hot water. We left at 1 pm because still no hot water!!! time's awastin when you are on vacation!!!! Will be contacintg credit card company!

The front desk people had no clue and couldn’t find both of our rooms. There was a towel so dirty, it looked like someone wiped a filthy floor and hung it up. Dirty carpet, dusty room. The desk chair almost fell backwards.there were coffee grounds in the water reservoir of the coffee maker. Nothing worked on the TV( not connected to the hotel network, limited number of channels)
IF you want breakfast- the meals are sooo expensive! $10 for oatmeal, $15 for toast!!! And the coffee was out in the lobby!

M stay at the courtyard was not good at their pool was not opened which wasn’t mentioned online and 2nd their TV did not work. I couldn’t get the internet or the channels I wanted to watch. The staff really didn’t care other than to say “unfortunately”
