While the hotel itself was not anything special and in some cases sub par, the staff was phenomenal. Cheyenne took great care of our group and was quick to help with any issues. Tyson tried to make sure that we had the best possible as well. Some issues with the hotel: ants, dead bugs in the rooms, no breakfast, missing gym equipment, dirty conference room, one room key reader was broken and would not open, extremely loud mini fridge, among other problems. It was not the best hotel experience, but the staff did make it a lot better.
