I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received from your food and beverage department during my recent stay at your hotel. Specifically, I would like to extend my thanks to the talented Alessandro, Dario, Mirvana and Michelle they went above and beyond to meet my special dietary requirements. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that was evident in every meal. Not only were the dishes delicious and beautifully presented, but they also perfectly accommodated my dietary needs. It was truly a pleasure to experience such culinary excellence during my stay. Please convey my appreciation to the entire team specially Alberto 
the Manager who involved in creating such memorable dining experiences. Your dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed, and it significantly contributed to making my time at this Hotel enjoyable and memorable. Vista Palazza Como provided us with a most wonderful stay in Como, with fabulous views of Lake Como and the piazza below, with skaters enjoying the ice skating rink. Advice from the Vista staff enthusiastically suggested restaurants and must see sights during our 3 day stay. Alberto, our personal butler, designed a full day trip where he took us with our driver Christian, through the countryside along the east side of the lake, visiting several villages and Alberto’s local coffee shop, Gelateria Costantin at Mandello del Lario. We later transferred to a timber launch, enjoying a picnic lunch onboard with a drop of Nebbilio. The return trip on the lake afforded us views of many villas in the perfect sunny mid winter weather. A day trip the next day took us by train to Switzerland for lunch in Lugarno. Each day we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast before setting off on our adventures.

Luxurious and spacious room with a beautiful waterfront view. The hotel is located in the heart of Como, right next to the ferry station where you can easily get access to all other attractions. Wanted to highlight the great staff with the best services here. Simply a 10 out of 10!

Best service I ever experienced in terms of amenities, service from all the staff - restaurant, evening, breakfast, initial emails, reception. EVERYONE were amazing. They even had no alcohol riesling as Im pregnant and suggested to bring it instead of the one they already put in the room. They truly see the guests. Turn off service is standard for 5 start hotels but this one was outstanding with some little things that made us feel so nice. Better experience than Four seasons, St Regus and the Ritz and many other hotels we have visited. The location is also superb and probably the best in Como.
