It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

We had a lovely time at the property and in Como. The staff were very good. Special mention needs to be made of Dario and his colleagues in F&B. Alberto was very attentive to details and provided helpful guidance about specific experiences. He also helped access medical assistance when we needed some.

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The friendliness and the helpful staff made it even more of an amazing experience in all. Alberto the butler was a pleasure to have around and gave us a beautiful tailored tour around como which I highly recommend!

It was the most amazing experience that we had .. The hotel is located on one of the best locations in como and the staff are very professional .. hotel facilities are unique and the food is grate . Everything in hotel was done perfectly, housekeeping and hygiene is marvellous. I am highly recommending this hotel and I am definitely will visit this hotel again as it will be my home in Como.

Overall a nice experience. The property is well maintained with a great location. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and professional. The food is decent but not what I expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel is small. There is there a gym on site and it seems minimal amenities on site, which is a preference for some I understand. The room was nicely appointed, but I must say for the price we have stayed at better appointed properties with better food. We would rate this a 4.2/5 at best.

We had an incredible time at this stunning property. The location was perfect and we were able to park easily onsite in our rental car. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless and I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know visiting Lake Como. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

My wife and I chose Lake Como and this hotel in particular to share our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive to our every whim. A special mention must be made for Alberto who takes customer service to another level. He was always available, if not in person then via Whatsapp and nothing was too much trouble for him. Additionally, he was very entertaining company and only added to our experience. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are considering visiting Lake Como.
