1晚7800的套房住了2晚，體驗極差。外觀在裝修，房間小到不能再小，打開行李後都沒什麼空間移動了。
我們住在19號房，房間還連不上酒店的網（WiFi名稱是Nimb Guest）根本搜不到，請了IT部門的人來修了兩次但都沒用。
除此之外浴室浴缸的下水道是壞掉的，水下不去。
同樣高檔酒店Hotel d’Angleterre體驗好很多，Hyatt旗下的Nimb爛死了。

Everything about our recent stay at Nimb was outstanding. From check-in to check-out the best hotel experience we have ever had. We had dinner at Nimb Brasserie three times and the food and service was excellent. The hotel staff is the best. If you visit Copenhagen this is the hotel where you want to stay.

This is a fabulous hotel - everything about its design has been carefully thought about (as you would expect from a top hotel in Copenhagen!). Great spa facilities, bars, restaurants… We stayed in a terrace junior suite, which was just awesome. Highly recommended.

We had an immaculate stay at the Nimb last week for my 40th birthday. The hotel is one of the most aesthetically pleasing I think we have ever stayed at in many years of traveling. The room was just beautiful, we kept commenting on it every time we'd come back from an outing. The staff are so pleasant, available and helpful-- we were continually made to feel so welcome and taken care of. The Brasserie and breakfast buffet are A+ (don't sleep on the cheese cart at the Brasserie). We enjoyed all the activities of Tivoli and our complimentary access each day. It was fun to go ride just a couple of rides in the morning and not feel like you needed to spend all day at the park! We ate in the Tivoli food hall adjacent to the hotel a couple of times and that was a lovely casual eating experience too. I also had the Nimb signature massage at the spa and it was a world class hotel spa experience. The hammam and tea service after the massage were a very nice touch. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Copenhagen on our next visit.
