The room is very dated. The room was covered with dust from the rug. But good location very good view from balcony and in city center. Dust allergy alert!

Siamo stati dal 2 all’ 8 dicembre 2024 . Siamo già stati loro clienti qualche anno fa e malgrado sia passato qualche anno la struttura anche se non ristrutturata è ben mantenuta calda e accogliente e ci è piaciuta. Camera profumata e soprattutto molto pulita , il etto matrimoniale comodo. Camera con divisorio con salottino e 3 divano letto e soprattutto con doppio bagno e doppio balconcino. Parcheggio coperto sotto l’hotel a pagamento e molto utile soprattutto in questo periodo in cui Cortina sta effettuando lavori in vista delle olimpiadi e pertanto mancano i parcheggi. Presenza di palestra attrezzata - sala aperitivo e sala ristorante con un ottimo conosciuto chef Maurizio Aluotto. Lo staff dal direttore ai suoi collaboratori molto attento. Il direttore si è subito preoccupato a venirci incontro su una nostra richiesta. Con noi in particolare i receptionists sono stati disponibili nel supportarci in un problema avuto con la nostra auto per rottura di uno pneumatico. Sempre al lavoro e con il sorriso. L’hotel è’ centralissimo a due passi dalla famosa cooperativa . Ritorneremo.

周囲が工事中でアクセスが分かりにくかったです。設備は揃っていて、朝食も美味しかったですが、リゾートとして泊まるのでなければ、この地域では大型ホテルよりは小さな新しいホテルのほうが風情があると思います。

경관이 좋은 호텔.
매트리스가 아주 편안했어요. 아래 데스크의 여직원 이 카페 메뉴 등 질문에 너무 친절히 답변해주셔서 인상깊었어요. 아침에 산자락 쳐다보는 기분이 정말좋았어요. 터미날과 가까워서 이동하기 좋았어요.터미날과 단차가 있어서 캐리어를 들고 안내데스크로가는 어려움은 있어요. 터미날 택시 아저씨들도 친절하니 이용하시면 좋을것 같아요. 토파야도 20분 정도면 걸어갈 수 있고 친퀘토리 , 팔자레고 다 갈수있어서 위치는 정말 좋아요.

Good location but needs refresh
Best thing is location for this hotel. Staff is friendly and rooms are large. But, in general, the hotel needs a refresh as carpets, doors, furniture are a bit old.

The hotel is so old style but clean. I told the hotel via ******* to reserve carpark but eventually no carpark provided.
A construction site is just nearby the hotel, the view is blocked, it didi not mention when I was booking the hotel.
The restaurant in the hotel is good.

Hotel should close doors. Stinks! Internet speed is ridiculous. Crew is upnosed and bad mooded. 25 Euros Per person for breakfast. Garage is dirty and tight for 40 EUROS/NIGHT. There is a sadness in the air. Rooms must be updated and equipped. Decoration does not exist in the rooms. Un unfortunate experience. Location is great.
