Sitting on the balcony now watching staff moving bins around. This morning 8.10 glass bottles being emptied out into bins. I couldn't book an upgraded room but requested quite with a nice view if possible. We have anything but. Back 2nd floor room overlooking boiler room I think staff rest area delivery area and very noisy popular Indian restaurant. Really upset as pay so much to get here. Probably should have complained on arrival but didn't want the hassle of moving. Heard so many people talking about their lovely rooms. We save for so long and get disappointed so not happy. Pools fine but small one pretty tatty and dirty. Restaurant pretty good for our half board but can't use others without paying. Another 5 days here spent outside the hotel mainly apart from at pools and restaurants. Staff very good. We won't return unless persuaded.

We had a beautiful room, can't remember the number but we had 2 balconies and 1 faced this amazing salsa club called Boca Chica. This hotel is fantastic and the staff are the reason why really. So helpful and friendly. I'm rubbish at names but the bald guy at the pool bar, he's there all day long serving drinks, always happy and going out of his way to help you out - all the staff at this bar were great. We were half board but ended up upgrading to all Inc as the entertainment was so good - the rock band were unreal- honestly if you're thinking about it book this hotel it was brilliant and the location is awesome. Food 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 - we messed up something with our all inclusive and hotel let us off with it - even though it was deffo our fault. Lady on reception was so nice I cannot praise this place enough. If you want a holiday with nice people looking after you pick this hotel!

5th time here, which speaks for itself. Excellent for a fly and flop holiday. Always made to feel welcome and part of the family. Customer service, particularly from Marina and Hugo looking after Privilege, is second to none: the staff are all approachable and prompt at resolving issues. Amazing entertainment as well from Dani and the Blue team. The hotel goes out of their way to cater for disabled guests, and takes on board feedback and have actioned adjustments. Would be good if all the room upgrades could be completed as some of the rooms are looking dated. Menu change in the Mirador is welcome, though portions are huge and breakfast orders were sometimes hit and miss, though Google translate helped in ensuring soft poached eggs!! The Italian food and the tiramisu at Il Gran Cuore is a real treat!

This hotel is frankly below average. We stayed here for 5 days and did not have overly high expectations. The breakfast and dinner were edible but all the food was distinctly lacking in taste. Even simple things like bacon were inedible. I would avoid the dinner. There are performances almost every night that are quite loud and not the best when you are trying to sleep. The shower drain was not great and the air conditioning was barely serviceable. The pool was lukewarm although the pool grounds were nice. The deck overlooking the beach was nice. Parking was not guaranteed—there were limited spots. The elevators were very tough to use as they were quite small and heavily used. I would strongly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Just returned from another great holiday here. It's our 6th visit, and despite some of the mixed reviews you read here on Tripadvisor, there are many other returning guests, which must say something about it. The location: it's one of the first hotels and consequently is in an older area of Costa Adeje BUT it's right on El Bobo beach and very central with Los Christianos a couple of hours stroll along the promenade one way and La Caleta a similar distance the opposite way. The facilities: with 3 pools (one heated), loads of available sun beds, 3 jacuzzis, lots of different sun terraces, 2 a la carte restaurants as well as the buffet, numerous bars & lounging areas, a gym, and a tennis court ......what's not to like? The rooms: yes maybe a bit on the smaller size with reasonable wardrobe space BUT we've always had a great walk-in shower and the beds large & extremely comfortable. The food: we prefer the a la carte restaurants & El Mirador must have one of the best settings on the island looking down onto the beach and with terrific sunsets. If you decide to eat out, again being in a central location, there's lots of choice and variety. The same goes with bars and shops too. The staff: always very polite and efficient and if you go out of your way to engage with them they are really friendly too. It's not far from the airport (€30 in a taxi); we've found the hotel cost to be reasonable; and, most importantly, the weather has always been great. We'll be going back next year.

Experience on 16/17 November 2024. Our booking was in respect of Superior Room, sea view, half board @ 298.00€/night less 5% discount. We were allocated room 508. The room is adjacent to a beach access roadway on the northern side of the property, with businesses across the street. Music commenced on Saturday afternoon. I visited the reception desk and advised that if the music continued into the early hours, a request for room change would be made. The receptionist replied yes, this could be done. At about 2200 hours the music got into full party / disco mode - BOOM BOOM. This continued until about 0200 hours in the morning of 17 November 2024. The music was accompanied by enthusiastic party goers with some associated strobe lighting effect. Room change was requested at c 0900 and reception advised that the music would only be continuing for one more night-Sunday- of the weekend. I reiterated a room change request,,,,, always from such sleep deprivation activity. The replacement room was provided. It was far from the offending area such that the risk of similar noise pollution is minimised,,,, and hopefully,,,, eliminated. The staff were very helpful in resolving this situation. I met with Marina, Guest Services Manager, who reiterated the point regarding the hotel not having control over outside properties,,,,, which I recognised and understood. It makes me wonder about the benefits of being a H10 club member! It may be useful to know that we are in our 81st year,,,,, and to be subject to such room area allocation???!!! One wonders why privileges of this nature should be visited upon guests,,,,,having paid upon arrival for our holiday.

This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at where you are provided with tea, coffee, and milk on the first day of your holiday (enough for a single drink of tea or coffee each).... but then you have to ask at reception and pay if you want it replenished throughout your stay.

Loved the location and the sea view but thought the restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly, the food no more than ok and the sunbeds suffered from the ‘get there early and reserve for the day regardless whether you are going to use them’ syndrome. Reception staff were friendly and efficient and check in and out good. Also cleaning/maid service very flexible and good. We would return but would prefer room only here.

Das Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig insgesamt sehr laut das Hotel Essen vielfältig oftmals kalt und fade wir sind zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und zum LETZTEN MAL Betten sehr Hart und abgerockt lohnt sich nicht hier zu Buchen dafür eindeutig zu Teuer
