We really liked our stay at the Westin. It’s very clean & the rooms are as well. The beds were comfortable and so were the linens and pillows. The restaurant/bar area is great with the outdoor waterfall & food was really delicious. We will stay there again!

Let me start with the hotel's advantages: Great location! Just opposite the South Coast Shopping Center, it's super convenient for eating and shopping, and it's perfect for jet lag in the US.
Disadvantages: The hotel randomly charged my bank card, sometimes for deposit, sometimes for self-parking fee (as a tourist I didn't drive), I checked out today but saw another $135 deduction from my bank card tonight. Fortunately, I was careful to check the details with the front desk before checking out and kept the balance. Dear friends, please remember to go to the front desk to get the bill when checking out, don't express check out.
