The location of the hotel is amazing, it is right in front of the sea with all the rooms in that direction. Inside it has a kind of pond with plants and sofas, where you can rest and disconnect, in addition to having performances at night. The rooms are quite good, we had one with two beds and that is something we did not like. I totally recommend it.

We only stayed for 4 nights on a half board basis and really enjoyed this hotel. We would definitely return. Things that were excellent:- Staff Heated Pool Location Sea Views Cleanliness throughout animation team entertainment Things that were good:- Room facilities Bed comfort Food Pool beds and parasols Things that could improve:- Badly scratched and chipped crockery. Plates all had black scratches. Quite off putting to be honest. Personally think it would be an easy fix to upgrade these. Floors are looking pretty tired and battered in communal areas and around the pool. I appreciate that this isnt something easy to remedy when you have constant occupancy. Have to end with a big shout out to all staff who work so hard, particularly the restaurant service staff who just do not stop! Thanks for a lovely stay.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at. We went to celebrate husbands 80th birthday and without telling them the staff turned up with a card and a bottle of cava. Stayed here a few times now and the standards are always the same. Good entertainment, food tasty and staff very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. We always go all inclusive and found the drinks just as good as you would get anywhere and plenty of it. Would highly recommend this hotel, value for your hard earned money.

Absolutely lovely place , nice and clean . Staff are nice .. would definitely stay here again.. the rooms are very clean and very modern. rooms attendants did a great job when servicing my room ..Would definitely recommend this hotel......

Lovely hotel which is spacious and staff are very pleasant. Great choice of tasty food and even includes premium drinks (Gordon's Gin for example). The bedroom and toilet are quite spacious and benefits from a double wardrobe, LCD TV and desk and a not so cold fridge. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel and has great coverage and strength Disapointed that I had to pay 12 Euros for the safe in the room, and also had to pay 20 Euros for the pool towels, although the towel deposits were returned upon departure. The hotel is in the heat of Costa Teguise (shops and restaurants), and a car rental company conveniently situated opposite. I Would definitely visit again. 👍

Excellent hotel, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times and am booked already for two more visits next year. The food is good, if not exceptional, but is very well presented. Rooms are spacious and the sea views are a wow. Highly recommend this hotel, and indeed Costa Teguise, my happy place 😊

The hotel is very nice,the staff are all friendly, check in was very good and the hotel is in a fantastic location. We are AI premium in a club room suite which is one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Our first impressions were that we had chosen a fantastic hotel but just 1hour later realised we made a mistake. Our overwhelming view is that the food selection and presentation is of an extremely poor standard, and perhaps the worst we have ever experienced in over 30 years of travelling and staying in countless of dozens of hotels. Snack bar is poor, with rubber fries left out all day. Snacks in the pool bar are just wedged in a chiller in cling film and have to be asked for, completely unappealing. Food in VIP lounge looks not to be very good and not replaced with fresh often enough. Go B&B if you wish to book, there are lots of positives to the hotel but as we look forward to good food as this is a big part of our enjoyment of a holiday this was not a place for us. It wouldn’t take much for management to make these changes and make it a fantastic hotel,and I will keep an eye on reviews over next couple of years to see if things have changed before we maybe book a couple of days,as we wouldn’t want to take a 7 day gamble.

This is a very clean and, friendly hotel and this is our 4th visit. We have found the food quite good in the past - you could always find something to eat, however I agree with some of the recent reviews that the food situation has taken a nose dive. It looks like quite a cost cutting exercise. We are currently staying here and the poor food quality and choices are very noticeable. The salad bar sparse and poor quality. Very noticeable is the reduction in freshly grilled fish and meat - there used to be a lovely selection especially at lunch times but not this time. Even the chips seem poor quality and are not enjoyable. The breakfast is meagre and poorer than in the past. Such a shame because the staff and the hotel itself are great but the food is a stress and is spoiling what could be a lovely week. We won’t be back again just because of the food.

Although the hotel was lovely as was the food I found a piece of plastic in my dinner one evening enough to actually choke someone to death as it had small prongs on it luckily I eat fairly slow so noticed it as soon as I put it to my lips but another person might not have been so lucky I took it straight to the hotel duty manager as I didn't want to cause embarrassment to the restaurant and all I got from the duty manager was I'm sorry but accidents happen even though this could have had life threatening consequences that's all she said and did nothing to try to amend the situation so would I go there again probably not
