Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience staying here.

It's easy to walk to this hotel from Crewe station. Not a new building and a big room, but enough for sleeping:)

The room was dark and very tired,as was the whole hotel. We were led to believe there were only a few stairs up to the rooms as we were with my 90 year old mother. When in actual fact there was a steep 18 step staircase, which my mother struggled with. Very claustrophobic, with only a small window to open which made it very stuffy, unable to get any air in the room We were also concerned with fire escape provisions. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast excellent. Not worth the money charged though.

Travelling from Glasgow to alton towers for family holiday so decided 2 have a 2 night stay in crewe before it and came across this hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and attentive member of staff. Room was nice and cosy and clean. Worth the money

We stayed here for the second time, ideal for the theatre, rooms nice and clean, warm and enough space, good bar price,s we say in the conservatory with a bottle of proseco in the sun. Lovely breakfast, we will be back again next time we're in crewe

I stayed very last minute last night very cheap even at last minute and comfortable bed nice sized room, and nice breakfast too great value for money and right by Crewe FC and station too.
