Magnifique séjour dans ce merveilleux endroit. Personnel attentif, et chaleureux. Hôtel décoré avec un goût raffiné, parfaitement bien tenu. Extérieurs et spa très agréables. Je recommande vivement ce bel endroit.

Wanneer een hotel 5 sterren heeft, zijn de verwachtingen vanzelfsprekend hoog. Jiva Hill voldoet moeiteloos aan deze verwachtingen. De gebouwen zijn prachtig en goed onderhouden. De mooie grote kamers (de onze keek uit over de Franse bergen), bieden alle nodige comfort en hebben degelijke geluidsisolatie. Het gehele hotel is zeer schoon, en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er zijn talrijke faciliteiten beschikbaar, zoals een zwembad, spa en sauna. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt voor elk wat wils en vindt plaats in het Jiva Restaurant, met een fraai uitzicht op de Zwitserse bergen. 's Avonds kan je hier gastronomisch dineren, wat eveneens een aanrader is. Het zwembad is aangenaam, en er zijn altijd voldoende ligbedden beschikbaar. Handdoeken die op bedden worden achtergelaten, worden regelmatig door het personeel verwijderd, wat absoluut positief is. Ik heb maar 2 opmerkingen: - de parking is vrij beperkt waardoor mensen vaak op de elektrische plaatsen staan, wat knap vervelend is als je effectief een elektrische wagen hebt en moet opladen (daarnaast natuurlijk fijn dat de mogelijkheid er is). - De service in Le Jardin (het andere restaurant) staat in schril contrast met de ervaring in de rest van het hotel: de bediening is arrogant en bevooroordeeld heel hard ten gunste van vaste gasten. Zoveel mogelijk verkopen is hier duidelijk het motto: als je niet een volledig 3-gangen menu met flessen wijn bestelt, wordt je eigenlijk gewoon verwaarloost. Bij een t****e bezoek bleek dezelfde situatie, wat teleurstellend was. Deze zou ik dus zeker niet aanraden, in de buurt zijn gelukkig genoeg alternatieven, en Geneve ligt op 15-20 minuten. De ervaring in Le Jardin buiten beschouwing gelaten kan ik dit hotel alleen maar aanraden en was het eigenlijk een perfecte vakantie. Als we ooit nog in de buurt op vakantie gaan, komen we zeker terug.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très à l’écoute et aux petits soins ! Les chambres et le cadre sont magnifiques. Nous avons tout à disposition. Nous y sommes allés en couple pour un séjour romantique et cette expérience fut merveilleuse !
