Hotel Misión Grand Cuernavaca

Everything super good, the staff is friendly and the hotel is excellent for business travelers. They certainly have high standards of cleanliness and a good standard.

The hotel was relatively good and acceptable, I had a problem with my reservation and they made me lose the event for which I went to Cuernavaca, this was due to the application through which I made the reservation, they told me the very day that I had canceled and to take out my things, I showed them the emails and messages where it said that it was confirmed and a lady through Whatsapp messages said to take us out, that the refund would fall later and that it was none of her business, the people from the hotel were dialing too much to the degree to go to the room with security people to get us out of the room, they realized we were leaving and it didn't matter, I lost my reservation for the event we went to

Excelente atención del Señor Vicente y su esposa Selene! La habitación tenía mucho cabello, y no hay elevadores. El restaurante deja mucho que decir, atención lenta, la comida del bufet super seca, y las limonadas depende quien las haga, porque siempre saben diferentes, a veces buena a veces horrible.

Excelente trato de todo el personal del hotel, en especial de Mayte y Vicente. Son personas super amables, atentos y tienen un trato increíble. Siempre al pendiente de que la experiencia en el hotel fuera de la mejor calidad. Incluso cuando reportamos que el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente, nos cambiaron de habitación para que pudieran reparar el aire de esa habitación sin provocar molestias ni un solo momento. Las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas y el recorrido del sábado en la noche con "Carlota" fue muy lindo, excelente voz de la chica que interpreta a Carlota

Pésima experiencia, no les recomiendo este hotel. Hice mi reservacion, di mi tarjeta de crédito, te amenzan que si no llegas te cobran una noche, aceptas sus condiciones porque así es esto y así estamos acostumbrados. El día de nuestra llegada, dos horas antes de la.entrada al hotel, se nos notificó ppr telefono que nuestra reserva habia sido cancelada, que porque habían sobrevendido el hotel. Que poco profesionalismo, que poca credibilidad, que falta de atención. Pero eso.si, si ellos.fallan no son buenos para recompensar con una noche, asi como ellos te amenzan de que si no apareces te cobran. No les recomiendo que les crean si hacen sus reservaciones o bien confirmen todos los días a cada hora. Quise hablar con el Gerente para ver como nos pueden recompensar y que creen??. Jamas me tomaron la llamada.. Felicidades y muchas gracias por ser tan atentos y amables.
