Acessível, mas precisa melhorar.
Fiquei hospedada no hotel por 9 dias em família, ocupamos 3 quartos, nesse período a roupa de cama nunca foi trocada, as toalhas nos primeiros dias eram trocadas diariamente, depois não foram mais, apenas quando solicitávamos. O café da manhã era farto, mas não havia variedade,apenas o essencial, sempre a mesma coisa. Não há manobrista, como consta na descrição do hotel e o estacionamento é abaixo do hotel, não haveria necessidade de cobrança extra para hóspedes. O próprio hóspede que têm que se virar com bagagens, entre outras coisas, pois os recepcionistas não saem de trás do balcão. São atenciosos e educados, mas não ajudam.

É um bom hotel
Quando vamos para Curitiba nem cogitamos mais outro hotel, este sempre é o que optamos, equipe sempre muito educada, limpeza excelente, a sopa que servem a noite é um detalhe muito legal, muito boa. A única cosa que nos incomodou dessa vez foi que o quarto que ficamos (136) escutávamos barulho do corredor a noite toda, situação que nunca tivemos em estadas anteriores.

Barulho nos quartos
O dia que fiquei hospedado, era passado da meia noite e as mulheres que limpam estavam fazendo a limpeza dos quartos, era impossível dormir, visto que ficavam arrastando as camas, fiz uma reclamação na portaria mas resolveu pouco. As pessoas da portaria não eram nada receptiva.
