垃圾酒店，衞生差也就算了，房間電話就是個擺設沒辦法打，讓送瓶水要收費，這都沒關係，重點是三更半夜只有熱水沒冷水，這是要幹啥呢，打電話到前台溝通她們説不可能有這種情況，呵呵
