NEW LIFE HOTEL DALAT

I booked a city view on Trip.com. I'm sure the hotel was notified, but New Life Hotel said I didn't book a city view and that I had to pay more. I got tired of arguing and took out my money. I saw a review saying that someone had a similar case, so I was angry, but after checking and talking to them, they said they were sorry and that it was a mistake, and I was assigned a room. I was already upset, and I felt bad for a long time. I've been to many hotels, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this. The view was good, but there was construction going on on both sides.

We had a huge problem with hotel room allocation. I booked a deluxe double room with city view for 2 nights through Trip.com almost a month before moving in. However, the reception showed me a room with a street view in English, which I couldn't understand, but they gave me a room with a view of an alley where the noise of motorcycles was loud, rather than a room with a clear view of downtown Dalat, which was literally the main purpose of booking this hotel. I immediately complained to the reception that it was not the room I had booked, and they insisted that the street view room was correct. If you want to upgrade to city view, you have to pay an additional fee. So, when I checked and showed the reservation voucher, they now absurdly told me to resolve the matter directly with the reservation agency site, i.e. Trip.com. I protested strongly, saying it was nonsense, and only then did they call management and give me a free upgrade. First of all, I was the one who was disappointed, so I said ok and walked away, but I can't shake off my unpleasant feelings. They're looking at me as a total care worker. The deluxe double room I booked has no street view other than the city view, and the room initially assigned to me was probably the cheapest room in this hotel. There's no doubt about it. I think they tried to take advantage of the fact that they couldn't communicate well with each other and steal the room from Dumbtang or Good. After reading about this hotel, there was someone who posted a similar case. If you are reading my review, I recommend that you check the room assignment carefully when making a reservation and make sure that the room you reserved is the same as the actual room. I have been traveling to Vietnam several times on my own, and the people there sometimes have a bad habit of hitting on travelers.

I was looking for a place to stay with several friends and made a reservation!! There weren't many accommodations that could accommodate six people, but I booked the New Life Hotel because it was reasonably priced and looked clean, and I was very satisfied. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly!! The view is so good too

The hotel is quiet, the staff is enthusiastic, there are many restaurants and chill cafes around. More than 1 km from Da Lat market center

The view is really good (you have to reserve a room with a good view separately), but I was quite embarrassed because the balcony was connected to another room ^^; I think it's better not to expect breakfast. Restaurant quality is not good. Still, overall I was satisfied with the price.
