Very nice hotel, the staff are very supportive

This is absolutely the place to stay if you are in Dali. The hotel is clean, in a good location, and most importantly the staff are the nicest people we've encountered. They helped us with organising our trip, chatting with us over tea/coffee, and even cooking us food. Overall amazing!

Great service. One of our family members was sick and had to stay back in the room while the rest went out for the day. Hotel staff shared their food and delivered lunch to the room for free. We were also offered free car rides to nearby places of attraction. We booked a room for 3 persons. It was larger than expected. There was a humidifier in the room and a tea set with tea leaves. Very comfy beds.

Environment of the hotel is beautiful and surrounded with the landscape. They have upgraded room sizes for us and comes with the jacuzzi bath tub. The room is clean and the interior design as shown as the photos. The services are excellent. They are welcoming overseas tourists.

The hotel is especially suitable for self-driving tours. It is a little far from the scenic spots, but the environment is very good. The 360° view room can see Erhai Lake. There is a swimming pool and a garden for rest. Very satisfied with the stay!

I was really lucky to choose this famous hotel. It gave me a great feeling!! (The tourist himself) First of all, the location is very convenient for taking a taxi. The environment is very clean. The price is not very expensive. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good and he is very proactive in helping with luggage. It's a pity that I didn't taste the hotel's breakfast. Before leaving, everyone was given a souvenir. The overall feeling is very comfortable! The surroundings are always filled with the fragrance of flowers and refreshing.

The service at the B&B is very good, almost responsive to every request. Since I stayed there for many days, the housekeeper at the front desk also gave me a souvenir when I left. I was happy 😁

It is convenient to drive or take a taxi. It is not far from the ancient city. There are also scenic spots such as the Three Pagodas Temple and Zhang Family Garden. The two handsome guys at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and sanitary, the bedding is comfortable, all kinds of electrical appliances are complete, and the smart toilet is also great! The hotel has a rich breakfast and there is a food street nearby. When you come to Dali in the future, this is the first choice!

There is a relatively large gym and swimming pool next to the hotel (you can get a ticket to use the swimming pool at the hotel front desk). The hotel is about 100 to 200 meters away from the provincial road. It is relatively quiet at night. Occasionally you can see squirrels in the trees outside. There are three little brothers at the front desk with a good service attitude, and they are always responsive. There is also a cute and docile neighbor kitten. Children run around and play in the yard and the front desk.

Dali Ancient Town must be checked in, so we moved to a nearby hotel, which was also selected after various searches and comparisons one day in advance - this time it was a starry sky suite... Maybe it was bad luck, it started to rain on the third day in Dali, so our night was only dark clouds, no stars, and the entrance of the hotel was surrounded by the atrium, with a waterfall landscape, it seems that I listened to the sound of rain all night... And to be honest, if you take your child alone, you must not choose a loft apartment. Basically, I follow the child wherever he goes, and I dare not relax for a moment. Moreover, there was a pitifully small and dirty chaise longue in the huge room (sorry, I had to put a bath towel on it, otherwise we would have no place to sit in the living room on the first floor, and there was no TV in front of the big bed on the second floor). I will definitely not settle for a loft apartment in the future, it is too inconvenient! So I quickly changed to a double standard room on the first floor while there was no room of the same apartment the next day. Although it was a little smaller, it was still comfortable. It was just that I always smelled a smell of smoke because it might be because of the rain. The customer service guy said it was incense (then I strongly requested to change the fragrance, it was too bad). Although this room has a small yard leading directly to the big swimming pool at the back, I was completely worried and had to lock it up. For breakfast, this one should be the one that tasted the worst to me, and the hotel did not provide any free drinks or snacks. The two hotel guys might also be i people. The service was OK, but I felt that they were not enthusiastic. It is best not to expect them to provide suggestions for surrounding tourism. If you have the energy to chat, you might as well search by yourself or communicate with tourists. Overall, it's quite good. It's just across the road from the ancient town. However, the road in front of the door is wide, and the green space in the middle of the road is not convenient for passing. We also took a taxi to the south gate of the ancient town. In addition, it may be close to the summer vacation, and the housing supply is beginning to be tight. If there are other options, this one is not strongly recommended. You can compare and choose according to the actual period.
