Dali Xiyue Boutique Seaview Homestay (Funxi S Bend Branch)

Had two wonderful nights stay at 汐悦. The room is spacious and the shower room has a warm ventilator to keep you warm while showering. I thought that was a very thoughtful feature as it was cold in Dali when we were there. The hotel is just beside Erhai, we rented the bikes just outside the hotel for RMB20 and ride along Erhai. It was such a pleasant experience. We have so much to compliment 果子 - he is so helpful and hospitable. When we arrived in the evening, he helped us with our luggage and asked if we wanted to visit the ancient town so that he could bring us there. He gave us fruits the next day, gave us suggestions on our itinerary and worked with our driver to ensure that we had a smooth experience. He went the extra mile to cut apples and brought them to us at the café beside the property. We were so impressed with 果子‘S service. His service is the gold standard for the hospitality industry.
