酒店位於大理老城中心黃金地段，地理位置絕佳，是一家中規中矩的正規飯店，安全整潔安靜，自駕游出入停車寬廠方便而且免費，早餐品種較多味道也不錯，尤其是現煮的米線等熱食顧客可以自主選擇調料非常適合不同口味的人需求。不足之處是酒店還停留在過去會務接待中心水準，設定較為陳舊，房間內煙味太重，而且樓道里也有煙味，地毯也很舊，浴室還是老舊的盆浴缸，水閥開關年久不靈敏，浴室沒有抽風換氣扇，燒開水都找不到合適的插孔。總之是家性價比適中的經濟型酒店，有待重新裝修翻新，最好淘汰地毯，房間和樓間應該禁煙或設定專門的無煙樓層和無間客房。
