We had a wonderful weekend at Le Meridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh. Our valet Manny was fantastic and we received superior customer service from him. We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff as well. Our King room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is great, but the construction happening as of this review immediately surrounding the property caused some inconvenience. Some of the work disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to enter/exit the building, hail rides. That said, it’s good they’re working on the infrastructure. Service in the property was excellent overall, and I had no issues. The property itself, on the inside, is a bit dilapidated. The lobby is fine but the finishings, flooring, carpeting etc could use renovation. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and may stay there again if ever in the area.

Nice hotel - our room was a bit noisy in the mornings but that may have been the street we were by. Our room was only serviced ONE time in 5 days. We had to ask for towels, etc. Not sure the problem but we had to ask every day. We were charged for something missing from the mini-bar which we didn't use - it is supposed to be credited but that is just a hassle as well.

The customer service, bar staff, & restaurant are top notch! Manny, Edgar, Galane, Javier, & Tori are excellent. They are always courteous and extremely helpful. We have stayed here multiple times and we will continue to stay here while in Dallas.

We arrived on a Tuesday and left on a Sunday. Though-out our week we were greeted by Manny at the valet on several occasions . He was a great representation of how our stay at the Stoneleigh was to be. His delightful attitude, and excellent customer service was top notch. The rest of the hotel stay was top notch service provided by Glane, Javier, Edgar, and Tori. We will be coming back

This is a grand old hotel that unfortunately is showing its age primarily in the guest rooms which need to be updated

The hotel is a good location and there are restaurants around it. The only problem is there is road construction and it made it difficult and confusing finding the hotel.

I have never been surrounded by so many rude employees. They are completely useless. Our room wasn’t cleaned, the construction noise was so loud that we didn’t and couldn’t sleep. This was not disclosed to us when we made the reservation. I have no desire to stay there again and I believe I should receive a credit for such a horrible stay! Aimee Frederick

We visited for a day for the pool as non-hotel guest! We were treated just as we were! The pool was so nice with a relaxed vibe. Tee was our bartender, and was an absolute sweetheart. You can tell she enjoys her job and helping everyone get the most out of their stay. She made this experience so easy
