Excellent service and this is my all time favourite hotel. Very friendly staff and manager the breakfast options were very good. The checkIn was very easy and staff greeted warmly upon arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless

This is a 1-Star hotel at best. Needs to be freshen up. Towels are worn and old. AC didn't work that good. Nothing special about this place.

Affordable
The room was big enough to fit a king size bed and couch and table. Do however inspect you room so that you can mention any thing unusual to front desk. Not a big deal in my room just an iron mark on the carpet.

Breakfast items was so good and staff members are excellent and very helpful and house keeper is very friendly. Considering the affordable price, this hotel delivered excellent value. We enjoyed free breakfast, Worth every penny! Recommeded hotel for stay

It was clean and in pretty good condition. You can tell it was an older building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us was the smell of **** and it was in an unsafe area. Im not familiar with Dallas so I wasn't sure of location when I booked it. Other than that its a decent place to stay when on a budget.
