大冬天，沒熱水
服務員會推辭，説沒熱水因為水管爆了，在搶修。入住前就應該説明。
然後當天就問情況，晚上説修好了，讓多放一會。
放到第二天都不熱，早上再問又説沒修好。
坦白真誠點不好嗎。
