在城市中心，周邊吃飯的地方很多。停車場在地下，比較窄小，出入有難度，老闆一大早就在下面指揮車輛出入。
酒店大堂入口是在地下停車場，一不小心可能會錯過，這跟一般酒店的佈局不同。
衞生間沒有乾濕分離。
